The Deer Tick Rag

There is a reason why this is the last of the 10 songs from April to be finished. It’s kind of a sloppy mess of a clunker. The main riff was actually written during March but I didn’t get anywhere with it. I revived it in April and… well… I probably should have left it on the scrap heap.

The lyrics are about the day recently when I found a deer tick buried in my gut. I thought it was a scab so I scratched it. I knew it wasn’t a scab when it’s little legs started kicking. Well hello there lyme disease! Urgh.

All of the guitars used amplitube apps. The rhythm is the Fender Twin and the lead uses the Jimi Hendrix bundle. It’s all Les Paul.
