This song marks two milestones in my silly little music recording existence. First it is the very first time I recorded a song that used electric guitars that only used a Fender guitar. When I bought the Strat last weekend this was the only March/April song left that did not have a rhythm guitar. Therefore this song turned out entirely Gibson free.
Second, and for a child of the 80’s possibly more important, it is the first recording of my guitar playing made in my adult life that includes a whammy bar. Yup, look out Eddie Van Halen, here comes some fat 43 year old red head nerd with a lap top!
It’s a whole new world, isn’t it?
The lyrics? They are nonsense. If you think you know what they mean then you are wrong because I wrote ‘em and I can say honestly that they don’t mean anything.
