Come What May
RPM Challenge song number seven.
Chug chug chug chug… was I trying to make a metal album? There are a couple of songs that sound like an old person trying to remember what metal songs feel like. Oh well.
Not much to say about this one. It’s probably headed for the dropped songs list. I wrote the melody first and maybe I’ve finally learned my lesson? Who knows.
Lots of guitar parts. They are all my Les Paul Standard through my Bassbreaker 15. The pedals on the rhythm in the first part of the song are my Ryra The Klone into a Keeley D&M Drive. On the second part of the song it’s an Earthquaker Devices The Depths into the Ryra. For the leads, in the first part of the song its a Klon KTR into a Wren and Cuff Super Russian which may come off the board because I am pissed off at Russia right now. Symbolism, right? The second half of the song used a Real McCoy Customs RMC10 into a Keely Super Phat Mod into the Klon.
chorus
No one coming
to the rescue its up to you
nothing doing
you’re the one that has to save us
Verse 1 and 3
There’s no reason to exist
There’s no use in even trying
There’s no reason to resist
There’s no way we will succeed
Verse 2
It’s all coming down to you
It’s all up to what you will do
it’s all for you to decide
It’s all you it’s all for you
Outro
Come what may
come what may
come what may
come what may be
