Ideal words by TJC music by Vivian Circle
Your porn makes me jealous
When I think I’m in love
And the televisions not there
I want a boy that shakes it
That makes the most of everyday
A sense of humor
and all those sorts of things…
There I go again, thinking
You might have something to say
Some sympathy for me?
I’ve worn out my welcome tonight
And it’s freezing on this desert trip
I’ve been screaming at the slightest things
And Robert Blake smiles
On the tv by…
There I go again, thinking
You might have something to say
Some sympathy for me?
I’ve worn out my welcome tonight
And it’s freezing on this desert trip
I’ve been screaming at the slightest things
And Robert Blake smiles

LOVE this! A very cool tune. I love that the chorus is so pretty, so much truth delivered but none more evident than that catchy sing-songy bit where you're really talking about the joy of casual sex...lol! I F-ing love that!
Solo acoustic guitar recorded January 2nd 2009. Hope to do a longer more developed version at some point ,but for now just a short version to learn more about using new DAW software.
This is just great! I really dig this piece its super cinematic and of course time is a factor, All that love before the 1:30 mark, thats so my style...nice move. elegant.
Had a guitar lesson today. Jammed on some chords. The chords happen to be the same as (or similar to) those in Jimi Hendrix's Hey Joe. We just chose them randomly as a basis for experimentation with different voicings.
Anyway, got home and…
There is some cool breeze blowing, tonight across the bay,the parties can still be heard and melodies emerge from the sounds of ice spinning in drinks, and laughter filling back halls, you can feel the beat through the walls as you dance. I am in heaven when this track begins its journey
-Vivian
Oh Glu...you know I love what you do...and when this started up, the lights were dimmed and the wine glasses was full...I smiled knowing I was in good hands...lets go!
Ahh, this is Vivian Circle length...and as I was commenting on Joshua Wentz' work earlier today, the two of you really know how to make an ALBUM...something that is so rare today. A piece of work/art that is to be consumed from beginning to end and savored. This is one of those albums. I really love that you put this piece last, it caps off a beutiful journey and leaves me wanting more...I think Ill start it up again...
I was listening to this and did not want to turn it down whent he phone rang...the person on the other end said...are you listening to Siouxsie (of the Banshees- and btw this person loves that band) and I said, why no I am listening to Another Cultural Landslide and thier brilliant new record, and I cant stay on the phone..CAUSE I LOVE THIS SONG!!!
Gorgeous....again, this record is so brilliant. I hope that someone dumps a truck full of money on your front lawn...I would take it as a sign from the Muse that you have done good with your beautiful music...truly gifted the two of you are.

Really enjoying Hearts in Chaos, but this track stands out to me. You've got a wonderful imagination, sir.
Agree with L17 - love your vocals.
This is a tremendous song. It reminds me of The Cure circa 1986. I do wish the vocals were a bit more prevelant, though.
Had me at the 1st bar. EXCELLENT track! w;-)
Strong song, well delivered! Love the backing vocals too. The music is really great!
Wonderful music. Thumping fab percussion.
This one crept up on me and I realised I was right in there. What a great track.
I would still like your vocals further forward. You have such an attractive, whispery, delivery. Very nice!
The strings here are so lovely. A very beautiful track. Very haunting stuff!
I like the touch of intermittent percussion. A really cool song.
Lovely music, lyrics and vocal. Yes, it's lovely! Sudden ending!
