Zona (Russian word for 'zone') was inspired by Andrei Tarkovsky's movie Stalker where the protagonist takes his guests to a 'forbidden zone' to experience glimpses of an alternative reality.

You know, I always thought that he leads them into experience the true reality - the one that actually is. If it is ... Hmm... My impression from that "zone" lighter than yours. Well, I will answer thee, with my play.

Ah, life is a production, with players changing constantly. I get this feeling when visiting old houses or ruins. And sometimes I look around my home and picture how it will look in 100 years when I'm dead, and the place has passed in to someone else's hands. Someone else who cares nothing for me, or how the house looked or felt when it was mine. Anyway. Beautiful piece.

This song was inspired by Mikhail Lermontov's 1840 poem 'From Goethe': The mountain heights Sleep in the darkness of night The quiet valleys Are filled with a dewy haze. The road has no dust, The leaves do not shake… Wait awhile And you will…

First attempt at making something with the demo version of live 8 suite and some of the sample tutorials. Just the first third or so of a whole track really. It's the first thing I haven't wanted to delete straight away so I want to put it somewhere…

I decided to focus by timeboxing the amount of time I spent on drums, bass and lead into 30 min sections based on the pomodoro technique. The idea was to spend 5 mins picking the sound for each part, then 25 mins making some loops with it to arrange…

One of four tracks I did for the August 2009 24 hour challenge. This was the first track I did, when I was still fresh. I'd wanted to play around with Guitar Rig 3 since getting it at the weekend. The guitars are ableton loops mangled with guitar…

Wrote this song in a shitty hotel in Lincoln, Nebraska in 2005. (Thanks for listening, peeps. Keeps me from realizing I've wasted my time.) Some lyrics as requested by Richard Feynman: I'm too relaxed for me to go make friends Late on my back and counting down until the end what have you done? The chance has passed for us to make amends Alone at last Sometimes it all depends on me Can you hear the sound of my voice Move right along some distance on your own I don't belong in a place I could not call home

this must of been an out-take from the verbal sinks work sorta lifted out of the part four of that series the other day and this was a second thought for the work. It is interesting but short.

this is a synstrumental acoustic guitar track. It is a jaggedy song, it takes many turns, bumps into walls etc.
