Sweet, you always had a nice touch. Your flute playing is sounding good, better then I remember, but I don't recall a lot of songs with you playing it. What are you using for the percussions. I got a bamboo guiro and one that I think is made from some kind a of food that is hollow inside and no openings. Your sound similar to the bamboo guiro.

If it did, lets hope the DAMN COLD I'm suffering brings out one as good as this.

Goodness, there's a name to be reckoned with!
I love everything about this track but I really love the harmonica. So perfectly in keeping with the song.
Well, I think you made an excellent and truthful tribute.

live demo from our rpm sessions. still trying to hammer this one down at this point. not a bad warts and all version of a song for a friend. Chris had just lost his home to fire.
It was about sunrise when I met this guy on the streets of the French Quarter and bought him coffee. I don't know if he's still around -- that was some 20 years ago -- but a two-hour conversation affected my life more than I would have ever known…
Hanging out in the living room with one of my sons, just making stuff up. I wish I'd had the recorder closer to him - whistle too loud, guitar too soft.
For our beautiful son Willem, in French Guillaume.
recorded in my livingroom, 16-7-2009.
I called the song Guillaume before because of the beautiful sound.
Since 2012 I changed the title of the song into : Willem.
Because that makes much…
This song is written by Keith Landry.
He asked me to sing it and off course I wanted that!!
Thank you Keith!

Something completely different- Uilleann pipes(Irish bagpipes) and synth. I wrote this tune over 20 years ago in the style of traditional Irish slow airs. It was recorded way back in 1991 for an album that's been out of print for over 15 years…

Another crazy S.O.B. takes his hat off and goes, "Pilgrim, that sez it right there, yessiree." As fine a tribute to a friend as I've seen.
I am faved out.Super tune A story song always hits me right in the sweet spot!!!!!! I love it
Greg - beautiful. You amaze me with your talents for writing, playing the music and singing! Phil
what a fantastic song. One of your best
Really nice song, Greg.
Heartfelt and beautiful! That clean, "exposed" style is very courageous, if you know what I mean. (love the whistle too )
Just another great one Gregg. I really like the lyrics ...things I have thought many times, but not able to get it down like you can. Verne
The sound is very Townes Van Zandt... I was listening from the other when it first came on and I thot it WAS TVZ. Like an Irish TVZ.

You have a great voice! Let's here some more of it.
Interesting sounds. I wasn't expecting the lead guitar, but it fit perfectly.
There is a quality in this song that really grabs you and captures your attention.
You got my attention of this one Terry!
Very Pretty! I suspect that is natural room reverb ... very effective!
Excellent Excellent Excellent. A lot of energy there!
I like the great shuffle quality to this song.
This fits like a comfortable old shoe. Very pleasing to listen to.
This one got my feet tapping!
Good song. You can't go wrong with Tom Waits. I think my favorite song of his is "Saturday Night"
That's a great tuning! The acoustic lead break really added a nice touch.
This is one of my favorite songs! Nice to hear a new version of it. I like that lead guitar!
This is beautiful. It gets right into the center and tugs away.
