this song never really came together because of my flawed vocal rig. everything is mixed weird to try to compensate. K.G. did his best and brought it a long way.
live demo from our rpm sessions. still trying to hammer this one down at this point. not a bad warts and all version of a song for a friend. Chris had just lost his home to fire.

this is my absolute favourite song at the moment. commercialy released or otherwise. Currently following the wife round the house singing it at her. She likes it too. But would rather choose when she does and doesn't hear it. Tough I say.. I need to practice as I want to do it some kind of justice when I get round to covering it.:) She says its got an American Records era Johnny Cashness to it. I tend to agree. Just plain shit-hot (british for outstanding)

this is a song that came from the pain of dealing with idiots that just dont get it on a daily basis. newest mix tries to deal with vocal vs instruments imbalance.

Ghani Khan was an amazing poet and I'm always awed by his descriptions and sincerity. And I don't even speak his language! Please read his poetry at http://www.pashtoonkhwa.com/files/books/ghanikhan_poetry.pdf (it has translations) if you like…
always in search for inspirations! sometimes i will write a song about something so gut wrenching just to get the feel right and then change the words to something im comfortable saying to others. i really like this.
A Barren electric guitar that sounds as if it has been going through a broken amp. And complimenting synths and percussion.
In retrospect, it sounds a bit similar to Trent Reznor's work, but I have always been a fan of his music so no surprise.
great RPM. much enjoyed. although i leave feeling very jealous of your guitar work. this tune is a ironic and beautiful way to end your RPM after you rocked it so hard.
Comments on Dirty Spirits's stuff
Good Song, it reminded me of the early 70's style music.
Real Punchy high energy back beat, vocal is a slidey winner. Yup its good
Excellent chunky rhytum guitar. this is why blues types like P90 pickups.I liked this a lot
Yes your voice goes well with a lead guitar. This is a really good song.
Interesting sounds. I wasn't expecting the lead guitar, but it fit perfectly.
Nice tune!
Great song - looking forward to the polished version! (Sorry about the back story.)
cool piece

just knew I'd love the lyrics!! Thanks for humouring the demanding child :)
love the bass in this. guitar plays off it nicely.
Yes.. brilliant.
Strong work! This doesn't really need any words - speaks alot without them.
Beautiful playing, lovely flowing music to dream by.

listening inside , but this makes me feel like im out in the bright sunshine! once again steel guitar is brilliant.
vocal and harmony with pedal steel guitar blend into an incredible sonic experience. already mind blown.
so really good stuff on your rpm. great job.
cool stylings. a little john lennon in this one.
cool rpm. great guitars. i will return one evening soon when i am feeling "good" and sink my teeth in a little deeper.
