I'm not one to toot my own horn, but I think I did a good job of summoning up a mellow, trippy atmosphere with a relatively minimalist arrangement (acoustic guitar, two pianos, lead vocal, and a guitar solo).
this is a song that came from the pain of dealing with idiots that just dont get it on a daily basis. newest mix tries to deal with vocal vs instruments imbalance.
Fast forward time, 9 years to the day, and I am in a check-out lane.
You're standing there 3 or 4 feet away, pretending not to notice.
You look so beautiful in the winter,
Just like I remember.
Nothing really changes when it comes to the…
Poor old Reg he cant figure it out!! ........ since he's been listening to his self help tapes to stop drinking he has never got any money and he just doesn't understand it, he keeps working coming home relaxing to the tape........... then when…
I also miss Frank....
This is a fresh new approach to Uncle Remus!
Highly enjoyable, and the lead guitar parts sounded quite Zappa-ish to my ears....

Just a fun song for my mother-in-law, who loves butterflies (I hope!). After years and years of freedom, she is once again "mommy" to 4 more people and 4 more cats (she already has 6!) and always tries to make us feel welcomed and comfortable…
This is really a true story.
No, really...
And our holiday gift to you & your friends. (Feel free to download it and share it with anyone who you think might enjoy it.)
Oh... by the way... acl is finally waking from a very deep slumber…
Reg got Elvis last night to do a special request for LG, but as the TCB band was having the night off Reg and Elvis concocted this one.....................

You go and I stay.
Almost like before, I think.
Don't you notice now?
Always I lag behind you.
Stutter-step to notice me.
Shyness looks at tennis shoes,
Studies things you'll never see.
Will you ever see me?

Wandering soul, do as your told
and come back inside it's getting cold
I've been waiting here with hope n fear and my hands on the wheel til you decide to steer
Mr. Hollowtree you're a mystery to me you stand tall…

Just a song
When you put it in perspective
Does it even really matter
It’s only just a song
It’s only just a song
When the sands of time have blown away
And everything is…

I love this one . Clapton is still a strong influence on me.
Have always loved this wonderful song - great choice for a cover! Enjoying your voice here especially.
Tender tone you've got there.
I kinda like how the extra sounds, the rain etc, are louder than the performance itself. It really works like this.
Oh yeah, this was one kind of goes off on it's own. Some fine playing on here.
Original and different...Very cool!
