thank you for your recent comment on Tony South Dakotah, All of You...I am digging your song at this moment, and it is apparent you are quite skilled and equally created. Play on forever....
I dig that Eastern scale! The effects on the guitar are wicked. This is epic. It would be perfect for a battle scene in a video game or the end credits of dramatic, high-adventure SciFi movie. I imagine these are the sounds heard in the heads of Hindus on acid. ;) Anyway, loved it, really enjoyed it, and going back for another dose!
I like the way this recording turned out. Far out, groovy composition. Totally digging the chord arrangement and the vocals. And, of course, "lucid dementia" always makes for a good song topic! ;)
As for playing God, "I am he as you are he as you are me and we are all together." ~ John Lennon -- Groovy lyric, righteous vocals, fabulous music. ROCK ON!
I'm at 2:00 minutes into the song so far, and if there is a vocalist in there, I can't make him or her out. Ahhh, there he goes, at 2:30. It's a pleasant voice, and on key. but he didn't seem to have much to say.
Well, I'm almost on a roll now - this little love song was written, arranged, and recorded in just a week. I've been meaning to attempt something like this for years, just never got round to it.
I'd actually settled down to finally record a…
So I was locked in the broom-cupboard, checking out some old songs that need recording.
I'd just picked one and then suddenly this thing came out of nowehere. It started with one of those guitarist doodles that other musicians love so much…
Not an overall bad recording, and I’m quite pleased with the lyrics of this Psychedelic Folk tune.

Should I take the left or should I pass it by zoom?
Lost my faith in maps, so how will I decide zoom?

Thanks for your kind comments! I've been listening through your stuff, I'm amazed with how much material you have, you seem to pull riffs out of thin air! Good use of sound fx for storytelling :)

Sounds like you are performing to a live audience. Also sounds like a very talented band.
Lovely bit of basscentrism.

Mac's & Gene's comments brought me here... Glad I made the trip. And this was a jam? Very cool.

Cool! I've got a track 'Faux East Young Man' that has a similar vibe ;)
Short, to the point, and very, very good.

Do I hear Edgar Winter's "Frankenstein" in there? And Allman Brothers "Tied to the Whipping Post"?
Good Work. Kind of reminds me of a semitone version of Debussy's "Voiles".
Nice vocals! Somewhere between Van Halen and Sammy Hagar.
I love your haphazard sense of melodic phrasing. I've felt this way before, sitting in front a grand piano at my old university.
Thanks for your comment, Pepper! I always love coming by and checking what you've been up to ever since I heard Untied :)
Love the sing songy and the cadence of the monologue,
I like the soul in the vocals here; nice bluesy crooning.

Well done. You make good use of the overtones in the strings, cheap guitar or not.
Haunting.
Reminds of Signs of Life
beautiful
Nice melody synthesis! Funk on the bottom, prog on top.
Jazzy! I'm in the club, cigarette smoke and fingers snapping. At some parts, it reminds me of Fleetwood Mac's Hypnotized.
