Writing this song was a very cathartic experience. This gamut of emotions took place in just one week - last week.
Unfortunately, I couldn't sing the first word without it sounding ridiculous, and so I decided to get back to my Northern roots…

It was done in one take, with dodgy guitar playing, wrong lyrics and sore throat :)
It's the beauty of having an instrument and a voice. Songs just need to be played like this and it lifts you up and you drift away on a cloud of happy. Guitars don't hurt people, people do.
