baby! This is great!! I suggest running the mp3 through Paul's Extreme Stretch too if youu haven't taken a listen. What this reminds me of is some of the odd ends and bits on Beatles albums I always wished was longer. In places it sounds backwards, other places an orchestra tuning up, other places a spaceship. Wow. man I'm floored - you really have a lot, I do mean a lot in two and a half minutes!! Check out Dan Stearns - http://homemademusic.com/daniel_stearns/info_237.php I think you'll like what he is doing.
Four different tracks of Roland SE-02 controlled via MIDI by a Casio DH-100. Choosing different voices on the Casio causes settings to change on the Roland, which were then tweaked a little. Submitted to Sound-In "Roleplay Improv" for 1-8/2/2024.
I really like doing things between midi instruments made by totally different companies.. I do it with my novation supernova II and my microkorg xl it's just a matter of learning to ways that the midi signal is mapping back and forth...
Trial run after rearranging some electronic doodads on my side desk, most notably the pictured Drone Stack and HypnoDrone from Kaiser Electrical Instruments in lovely Duluth, MN. Recorded at the end of a rare week-long ice event in north Alabama.
Experimental ambient stuff is the best.. I like the scratchy sounds connecting with stereo Pong pan process especially when the rest of the sounds are not in any beat form or texture.. thanks ππΆπ§π΅πΈπ½

Repetitive single notes... I have always loved.. and the dissonances just perfect.. I feel that dissonance on a piano πΉ is really good.. it's a kind of music I like more than a harmony and standard chords.. thanks for sharing this and playing.. wonderful π
Three different versions of a similar line created using the onboard sequencer on a Roland SE-02. the different voices were created by changing settings on a Casio DH-100 digital horn attached via MIDI, and playing the horn. Submitted to Sound…
I kinda think that there is a lot more to learn about playing a saxophone π· than what the Casio DH-100 would teach me.. although it was released in 1988 .. it's cool yours still works.. and quite well at that.. with a saxophone my problem is the wood reed buzzing that tickles my whole face.. I don't get that with my trombone.. but saxophones and clarinets the reed buzzing was very hard for me to make happen.. gosh I have over shared yet again lol π
I'm working on a series of new pieces for an electro-acoustic album. As this one is most are done using Pure Data as a somewhat compositional playing in the process. I'm capturing real time playing to loop tables and then laying them into an…
Pure data pd π€― just not easy to create compositions but once I started using maxy like I do I can see how much patience pd requires that I just didn't have.. I have now found touchdesigner it's only been out on the net since 2000 .. but I bet touchdesigner and pure data are able to talk in real time.. π with each other and I don't really know what that could mean for live performance.. ??
taking one song and using the audio frequency to modulate the frequencies of another song. then I play both songs mixed or mashed together then I go back and play the frequency modulations and the songs all together .,, totally mixed like that,..

I agree with Jim.. but more than ghostly some kind of robotics ghost haunting our ears and minds.. and yet not long enough to get us too scared π³
I can hear several Jerry Garcia riffs bouncing around in this one.
