So after listening to some of Chris Vaisvil's music for mapped midi and such I caught the bug of inspiration and did similar but in my own way. should of included extra things but there was the on the fly idea going.

baby! This is great!! I suggest running the mp3 through Paul's Extreme Stretch too if youu haven't taken a listen. What this reminds me of is some of the odd ends and bits on Beatles albums I always wished was longer. In places it sounds backwards, other places an orchestra tuning up, other places a spaceship. Wow. man I'm floored - you really have a lot, I do mean a lot in two and a half minutes!! Check out Dan Stearns - http://homemademusic.com/daniel_stearns/info_237.php I think you'll like what he is doing.
So this is the source for the mixes I am doing just performed / recorded / video-digitized this performance too. If you would like to remix this I suggest doing so from this file or letting me send you the 60mg 320 kbs file of these sounds…
this is really exciting progressive experimental sound and video Bill! You need to find a theremin - you playing it in a video like this would look so cool!
wow! the rabbit hole is deep here. this is one of your best ever. I'd love an album of this! Downloaded.
I'm checking out your other new ones after this finishes. I'm at 6 min right now.
Its done. wow - this is really something else. Excellent work!
Starting off sounding much different, this has undergone considerable transformation in Audacity to reach the form in which you hear it now. Drone from a window a/c unit and more jackhammering from the other side of our building.
I am always trying to recreate the sounds of a window a/c unit,.. sometimes I come close,.. I don’t know why I don’t just record my unit,.. ?? This is great 👍 ever so gradually increasing pitch,.. that’s perfect.. a kind of building to the peek but not a intense peek but it is a fade,.. again unexpected and excellent,..
I am really liking the koala app . 🐨
How are you able to save the songs as mp3's
There's the ping pong stereo setting for each sample I have not tried.. this app reminds me of crusher-X from 20 years ago.. similar with samples and stuff but it only had 4 samples and it was totally granulated synthesis.. I have used koala 🐨 on the android phone but I hope to put it on my older iPad if it will work..
Lots of loud noise going on with the refurbishment of the condo I live in, so thought I would haul out the horn and honk along. Been away for a couple of weeks working on a 50th anniversary restaging of David Tudor's Rainforest IV in Kingston…
nice... this is great --- I hope the condo is made better --- I never really liked that jackhammer sounds but never thought to play alongside the jackhammer .. great idea .. :)
existential dread has hit my soul
weigh me down like a lump of coal
or the monkey on my back burning fossil fuel
it's getting harder to keep cool
keep on acting like everything's fine
that dog in his burning house
crossing the line, break…
I agree with Jim .. very introspective lyrics like the beat poets .. beatnik kinda song or poem song. this is unlike any I have heard from you ... is there a part two .. ,, this stuff is good.
Comments on Newbold's stuff
I posted your video here http://www.reddit.com/r/videos/new/ I hope people watch it.
Wow! what visuals!!
very intense programmatic ambiance.
yeah breaking light this stuff was a kinda neat how it fit like that.
I mixed this in (accidentally) with Sunn O)))'s Black wedding at the 40 minute mark and had a real good time.
beet it on down the lime
I love that metallic sound!
The cello work is especially good.
Interesting sounds!
