software for the sound scape? audacity was in record constantly then the LMMS=0.4.7 because I have a bug in the LMMS=0.4.8 and had to roll back to the previous version the midi file used was something that Chris Vaisvil sent me to work with ,, the midi out went to the supernova II os 2.o where I changed the programed patch groupings every now and then ,, remixed everything in audacity then melted it down to mp3 form :) edit 2 will be going in to the original records and restructuring the whole thing ... :)

great energetic stuff full of tension and layers, nearly got lost here like drifting between multiple concerts in a festival. Still lokking for the holes though , in edit 2?? ;)
everyone has to suck 'something' at some point in their life right? If and when i do suck ,, I have lots of fun at it, ::mostly this stuff i put here is because others "get it" and if you don't then it does suck totally, but then you need not listen further because at that, it will all be like this.
thanks i will but I spend so much time doing the computer music thing I don't know I still have to buy a g-string for the guitar I broke that on my guitar a little while ago..i hate g-string comments they are really absurd but yes I will be back on the guitar once the g-string is replaced :)
this is close to the end of the musix i was writing/recording as my terabyte was going down due to a bad processor fan that would cause the machine to crash and eventually cost all the memory on the drive to be lost meaning 600 gig of information…
this gets mixed into thoughts and back thoughts but here it is by itself, and right now I am listening to it, and @ about minute five something happens ;o nothing big just a mellow thing there as well. We, Me errrrr I am trying to cut the size…
gone into the supernova again, it really is fun but this is it for now till say tonight again, or so. Ahhh there are beats too what am er was I thinking just then?

this must of been an out-take from the verbal sinks work sorta lifted out of the part four of that series the other day and this was a second thought for the work. It is interesting but short.

just titled it right now. there is a really mellowness to it almost dark mellow but not exactly. created as an out in cubase back in 2005 or 2006 when I was doing the cubase thing. Oh the reason I dropped cubase was it's inability to upgrade…

oops, was reading: a bit long and perfect for a danceclub, but that was another not...
This is a great soothing ambient piece, that could've been much longer AFTER the dance. great sounds
actually I made most of this music with a cigarette in my hand back over five plus years ago when I smoke the cigarettes, now it has been four years and some "change" since i have smoked and coming round to four complete years since I used the NRT ;p
wow---Darmok with hands held open.. :)
It could have a counterpoint track added from a synthesizer performance that could happen-- maybe using this work as part of the synth construction--???
great.. this is sounding more experimental then avant garde .. not that I have ever been able to tell the difference them at times- What were those original words you spoke.. I sorta think I know what you said but yeah Have to make sure.
Thank you Greg, Colleen, and Andrew for your comments. I need to add a little more from that day so long ago.
The Battle for Layfayette Square were improvisational warm ups and cool downs for practicing this progressive rock attempt that clocks…
Initially a contribution to an upcoming Chris Vaisvil record. I did several short real time played or created samples and remixed live in a new Pure Data patch I'm developing the 53 seconds I did for Chris with my original samples enhanced…
I started listening to this the day before but had to do something it was getting off to a great start --- I am back to finish.. and listen to the beginning again..
subtle creativity going on .. it is most minimal in nature I like that --- I will post here with I said on the fb group..---
yeah not other.. worldly but between that other worldly and this worldly-- It is .. intense I find the saw sound often with feedback 'extreme' delay settings on the supernova. 0--0 I have come to look for the buzzsaw = sound in the digital delay settings on my machine. It is a balance of feedback and feedthru that makes it what it is. for me. this is a great because I hear my sounds there too. but this is totally controlled and out of flux where when I make the buzzsaw .. it is in constant change .. with nothing regular about it at all .. yours it the regularity that sets the song apart.
excellent such total control going on.. it is interesting .. lots to hear. it is almost chaotic anarchy going on to be resolved by the delicate touch of the those final chords. wow
Using a hang drum and hand pan apps, Pure Data oscillators recorded live, mixed down with a manipulated oscillator track and a city market sample on the end from Freesound.org contributing member Klankbeeld https://freesound.org/people/klankbeeld…
classic electronic constructions with sound. so great. == but ?- is there a loose knob .. I love loose knobs.. they get the stuff that are machine specific to just one machine.. mmm I can't tell, but I am not hearing any loose knobs., going on.. sometimes I think ... maybe I am the loose knob... hehe.
The end of this is.. the best part .. that part with out drums just is what I like... Things like that as a whole song would be neat. Anyway people usually like drums.. I like sound effects..
nice.. don't lose that embouchure, I have lost mine. I am not willing to put the time in again to get it back.. since I have had a trombone again..--- you know it is not that I can't play the trombone .. it is that the sound is not like that of someone playing with an.. embouchure -- nice whisper like effects toward the end..
Comments on Newbold's stuff
Thanks for the listens, glad you liked the tracks. ;)

well that was the whole purpose: the encirclement of sound. I'm glad you liked it.

this.. this is so neat.. it has many different elements in a wide variety of way shapes maybe but a kind of protest in sound very good.
