I think the material from 2007 / 2008 resides on the server in a folder left from the old soonlabel forum. I didn't delete that folder so that the links would not break. But now a decade later perhaps I should just delete it.
This is very mysterious - sounds like you are running you voice through the synth?

Taken from an old archival tape reel - probably mid-'90s - it took me a while to figure out what I had done here. Written on the tape box was the word "Slowbird", and it eventually dawned on me that the obvious theremin part was dubbed onto a…
Akron police fired over 90 rounds, and over 60 of which struck and killed unarmed Jayland Walker. This story has been lost in the news cycle because of the horrific Highland Park 4th of July 2022 mass shooting and the assassination of Shinzo Abe…
I have been learning to put snare and percussion in the musescore song designs --- just little percussion hits here and there --- this is great -- and getting back to making more percussion scores -
More Roland SE-02 through EHX Stereo Memory Man. Entirely by chance knob-twiddling, this lovely sound emerged that often resembles bells, and so I titled it aftera method of playing popular in English churches - though it probably doesn't resemble…
this is fun sounds --- I get these sounds from digital delay settings I would tweak and the various ends of the time values for the delays -- so intense -- I usually do these types of delays with the feedback thru my vocoder inputs on the supernova --- this stuff is just great--- :)
Roland SE-02 with sequencer running, LFO modulated, and slow delay, then run through EHX Stereo Memory Man also w/ slow delay. Submitted to Sound-In "Polyrhythms, etc" for 9-16/6/2022.
OH so intense yes yes yes- OMG wow-- this end is intense --- ever think about doing trance or psytrance type music just to you know get your feet wet with that kind of music --- (this is really close!! just need some kind of out there beat)
I saw when you first put this here friday but had a play performance all weekend --- and then stuff to catch up to till now- I really wanted to listen then -- but couldn't -- I also wanted to listen to mentioned album ---
Twisted manipulation in Pure Data sampling and breaking up a 30min recording I did last year called Shiver. The patch samples an audio file somewhat randomly of which I was capturing the edit in another buffer.
Comments on Newbold's stuff
I don't know what movie this is, but I think I want to see it!
Kinda musique concrete, I like!
Like the subtle tonal colors
Yeah! Now I wanna get a hardware synth!

Good job!
this may be long, but it isn't empty. I really, really like this one!
nice sense of tonal nostalgia, true electro-acoustic
this has a lovely mood that is introspective and unique
this is the better stretching of the two stretches this time.
thanks Jim... I don't like the fuzzy static sounds like the recording is not "clean" you know
ghost in machine. Nice and short to the point!
nice curve to this Bill
Very strategic and effective mix of the two improvs, Bill. Great job and thank you.

It’s got the “space” vibe with the occasional piano cameo! Nice sound and stuff pulling me through.
Thanks Bill!
Excellent! Adds a nice ambient layering
I normally don’t like this genre. I gotta say I really loved it. You made it interesting through the whole piece. Excellent!
