Alone On Christmas
Orphans
Alone On Christmas
Once upon the end of every year well there
Comes a time when we forget our fears
And a childs face will light up for no reason
Ho ho well it must be Christmas season
Its been so long since i’ve seen your face it must be
three hundread and sixty five days and we
Always say we’ll have to get together sometime
But it seems i only see you on christmas night
When the snow gets as deep as the bills
Its a warm heart that chases off the chill
And all i want is you under my christmas tree
Cuz no one should be alone on christmas
No one should ever be alone
I dont think i can take another silent night go on
jingle those bells and lets those lights burn bright
and hang your mistle-toe just slightly out of sight
Oh old Saint Nick wont let me down tonight
You say its the thought behind the gift well you can
cross everything else off of my list
if i haven’t been a good boy this year
it dont get any better than this
no one should be alone on christmas
And when the malls have slowed you down to a crawl
Whattya get a guy whos got it all
All i want is you under my christmas tree
and the traffic has got you in a jam well Santa Clause is just another scam
if i dont wake up with you under my
christmas tree
cuz no one should be alone on christmas
no one should ever be alone
