One of my first experiments with DADGAD tuning. I was hoping to get a dark,droning sound. I lived in Missouri for a lot of years and this sounds like what it feels like to be out in the sticks there.

My apologies to Ray Willie Hubbard. This sounds nothing like his great version of this. All instruments played by me, in studio. This was before I discovered the usefulness of a pop filter.

This was the B side of Randy Newman's "Short People". My first recording with my new jumbo acoustic Michael Kelly. Please excuse the voice. Trying to sound like an old man on a farm with my voice ain't easy! :)

Done by the Blind Boys of Alabama and Johnny Cash but NEVER like this. The base for this song was constructed from home made samples, including the sound of a 9mm Sig Sauer being fired. Bass was my first attempt at using a synth (Massive).

When I recorded this I didn't have a working title but after a couple listens I joked that it sounded like Barry White should be coming up to the mic.

A dark, avant gaurde cum progressive rock piece that would probably make Roger Waters scratch his head. It CAN happen here.

A bouncy, latin, Santana-esque piece with a surprise in the middle. Careful who you bump into at a party!!!

All VSTi's. I created this as an intro to an album I never got around to finishing. I was on a New Age type kick but this piece was the only one I really felt strongly about.

One of my favorite synths is Absynth. This was an experiment with the synth and drums to see just how much power I could master into this before it blew up my equipment. Not to worry...it never goes over .1 dB ;)

Original. I wanted to paint a picture of a long, cold walk through the pouring rain. The longer you listen the stranger the atmosphere becomes. It could be haunted!

All guitar work done by me. The backing track was constructed from MIDI and pushed thru VSTi's of one sort or another til they sounded like real instruments. This is one of my first recordings.
