It had been a semi serious piano piece for many years, but then I recorded it for a class project and started ad-libbing vocals. And it turned into the goofiness you hear in the second part.

A 3/4 excursion into the melodic and thematic. Don't let the title throw you off; its usage implies escape from the oppressors, not aeronautical pursuits.

This week comes partially from the Wychwood music festival at Cheltenham Racecourse, where Rob and Steve meet an assortment of celebrities. There's more Stalgia and Stevie Listings pops in again, plus the names of this year's Big Brother housemates…

Just a rough sketch, but I wanted to get it out there. It's still taking shape, but I like the atmosphere. Goes as a pair with Shine, together I find them very relaxing.
