Background Radiation

Unsated by an evening of TV and beer, I saw the snow on the screen and remember that it was back ground radiation from the moment of creation pouring through the universe, I use it as a metaphor for the unsatisfying noise of modern life. After the Adam and Eve verses popped out I came back to sing the words of the chorus again and realized there was now a twist in the tale; Adam and Ave, standing in the presence of God experience a completely different sort of back ground radiation, namely the Glory of God, which is physical manifestation of His moral character. Wonderful.
