I've been really into soundtracks for the past few days, especially those for action games and the notion of having a static, subtle track run over unpredictable game actions and still making the whole thing work.
So this was made with that…
Have just been listening to this on *small voice* another site... :) Love the percussion and the tension in the rising arrangement. The windchimes(?) at the end are a magical, rejuvenating touch. Very expressive and original. Great track.
Rather, it includes Norm's excellent track Pilón For A New Son (http://alonetone.com/norm/tracks/piln-for-a-new-son). Was trying to find out how less I can get away with in rhythms while still having enough flow. Feedback welcomed :)

@Norm: Thanks! Yeah I can see what you mean, I love trying to implement other ideas in my music, trying to adapt to new styles etc. Lots of fun. Suffice it to say I'll be using more of your tracks in the future :)

Whoa! That's awesome Tipu!
A big part of the fun for me at AT is tying my patterns to helium balloons and releasing them onto the interweb - there is no telling where they will ever end up or what (if anything) ever becomes of them.
But sometimes somebody nabs one and sends it back so different, so evolved and so reconsidered that I hardly can recognize it. Heard from a completely different clave (or phase shift) with fresh new perspectives (not to mention wonderful mixing, mashing and effects) for vintage patterns. Heard for the first time again...
Yeah, I wax poetic. But man, I just love that.

I did this weeks ago & then found it again last night as I was archiving old files. This is one of those one-off improv sessions... I recorded the rhythm guitar in one pass, then one "lead" pass and then one vocal pass, and done. Even the…
but the girls is around
...
Now you're back in town and you claim that you followed the seam fingertips tight on the dream and slapped with some mission of peace but the girls is around with that hip modern remakin' sound yeah you stole it…

I like the atmospheric nature of this one -- it creates a nice soundscape to zone out to.
Lovely sound here guys.

Really nice
Nice remix and additions Tipu!
I like the minor and simple theme of this one.
excellent track, continually builds upward into a chaotic pulse but you manage to keep it uncluttered.
Nice build, worth the wait.
Sounds looping good to me!
Nice one, like what you've done with this.
Cool mix.
Well you geek on then it sounds great!

Awesome album!
loved Wanderings. Mellow and relaxing
Great! I was missing the long prog tracks till I got here, heh.
This is really good! I don't listen to this sort of music (won't even know the genre tbh) but this has peaked my interest!
I like how there are subtle reverbed guitars in the back, at least I think so :s
Superb ending track! Nice album guys. Reminded me of Dalt Wisney at times.
Della? Della.
Was that gandhi in the speech sample around 2:20? heh.
Reminds me of a few progressive electronic bands. Expectations are set high for the remainder of the album ;)
mind. blown.
Woah, nice change. I'll stop spamming now.
this is really different from Early recordings! Liking, arabic scale(?) fun.
Man I'm loving all these tracks!
The album was really good, almost Prog-rock that doesn't get tiring!
*downloads all the tracks*
Made me remember dark side of the moon for a bit, really nice.
Such a dreamy album. Really enjoyable!
Like how some the songs have a much springer/bright sound than the others
Movie (Never Made)? The vocals remind me of that track, give it a listen sometime. Just finished to listening all of your stuff. Loved every second!
