A cover of the Cure’s minimalist alt-rock classic, an old favorite of mine.

Very good cover of an excellent song! (as to "Bound", there's a nylon guitar, harpsichord, piano and a set of strings) - Thanks for your kind comments.
Haha, yeeaahh! Wooo, I liked around 1:30 whenever it had that breakthrough. Killer bass line.
Don't have any idea why I did not visit these tracks...you can punch me later for it man. Doing so late night skateboarding. You a re supplying the soundtrack and it's bad ass...yep...perfect..
the drum sounds are just basic samples included with FL Studio. i normally never use them, but in this case they actually sound a lot like the drums in the original track. at least to me :)
Yummy retro sound on the drums. Is it samples or a dedicated box? If the later, what is it?
I'm ashamed to say I don't know much about The Cure - I was a blues-rocker by the time they emerged, I liked some of the singles and videos, but that was about it... I really like what you've got going on here, though.
I love that sort of 2nd era of the Cure once they started getting gothy and psychedelic. Nice! :-)
Thanks much for your kind and insightful comment. ..nice stuff here!
@Whales - thanks :) I think there is a flanger in there and a phaser plugin, but it's not a real guitar. It's a few e. guitar sounds from my Korg keyboard. I piled on a ton of effects from FL studio and Guitar Rig to try to make it sound decent, but I don't remember exactly what I did.
nice
cool tune.
