cute
Very interesting. Lots of variety here. Maybe a little too slow getting going but once it does then 'tis wild. Good playing!
I really like this one. Not trying to be neutral, it does flow nicely and all the phrasing fits together well making perfect sense - The "aftermath/destruction" portion in the middle section was very clever.
Some interesting ideas in this. In places, it sounds like there's some similarity to a band called Greater Than One. (Check them out if you haven't! They made industrial tunes in the late 80's.) Might be fun to slowly fade in the drums behind the first dialog sample, playing with the EQ for the drums along the way. I wouldn't mind hearing the other sound you initially bring in with the drums warped a bit more as you play it... maybe mess with the resonance or add a ring shifter effect. I particularly like the forlorn piano notes... you could almost make a song out of that, very minimal muted drums, and some wispy/echoing atmospheric noises.
Hi, I’m Madeleine Burleson and I’m The Silver Factory. A few months ago (as of Dec 2009) I got a copy of Reason 4 and thought I would try my hand at this music business (its always been a dream of mine to make music). So for the past few months I’ve been messing around and trying to learn the program(s) (I’ve added Ableton Live 8 to the mix) and how to make music that sounds good. On here you will find my attempts, some good (hopefully) and some bad, at doing just that. Please feel free to leave (constructive) feedback!
Another project of mine is the band Cosmic Space Extravagance: http://alonetone.com/cosmicspaceextravagance
