Lovely! Oddly enough the background hiss kinda adds something to the overall ambiance. I thought it was intentional until I read the other comments
These tune-scapes are beautiful - and I kind of like the hiss; it sits on my ear like the soft, complicated gray that builds up on the mythical painter's palette, over time - the colour of all colours - and then the musical choices emerge out of that gray; a little bit in front of it here, a bit behind it there, and some especially interesting sounds that seem to sit over to one side, as though - if a sound can look - looking awry. Lovely tracks.
Really cool sound... I'd love to hear these tracks without the fuzz and hiss! They hide that magnificent voice!!!
Thanks:]so whens some new music on its way?
Very unique and original...
Nice reverb and I like the tittle of the song who doesn't like a nice long drive to nowhere
thanks, Brett...yes, the static is so frustrating in a way. That's what happens when you record on a netbook! Let that be a warning to ya...
enjoyed both the songs, very cavernous and sparse... now if you could just get rid of that static!
not the best quality, but i enjoy the concept
love was ooooooooouuuuuuuurrrrrsss
Thank you for the comment! Yes, the hiss does bring a certain something to the song, like so many uncontrollable drones. The hiss wasn't necessarily intentional, but I left it in for a reason..glad you like it! Anyway, I like what I'm hearing from you so far :) very calming to listen to, good morningtime music
I like your songs, they are nice to listen to. Reminds me a bit of My Morning Jacket. I like the muddled nature of the lyrics, it's almost as if they can be whatever one wants them to be. nice rhythmic, hypnotizing, shaman guitar too.
Thanks! yeah my current recording set up leaves a lot to be desired. I like this song, though! Love the guitar intro, and the lyrics are very sweet and soothing
this one's really nice, i only wish it were longer so i could drift way into it...
yeah tell em!
Hey thanks! I love the tweeting in the background on this one, and your voice is quite nice to listen to.
Oh good, we're both on the same ground then heh. My email is firstname.lastname@example.org. Can't wait to hear what you have..!
and by "watery" i definitely meant "aquatic"...
I really like this song, especially the watery background noise. The lyrics are beautiful, too.
love this. i feel like it would make an awesome interlude in some mellow, folky freak out psychedelic tune.
