I wasn't even sure the recording machine was still going to work after nearly five years... Certainly, bits of me don't work anymore... But, surprisingly, I got this done in 24 hours, start to finish... Strange old world…

Hey man - first i want to thank you for listening and commenting on our stuff - i am guilty of not spending much time on the Atone - anyway - this track is killer man! The melody is playful yet the lyrics seem a bit sarcastic, kinda intense. Love your voice too

This one's a bit of a ponderous beastie.
It can be whatever you want it to be. For me, it's got a lot to do with Sunday 18th June 1815.

This is the first Irish song I started working on. When I was trying to learn to play the penny whistle I needed a song to practice with, and this is what I ended up going with. I was playing it so often that I figured I might as well record…
A bit of comic relief is good when you have some writers block. I had he song mapped out years before I recorded it. I need to record its companion "Won't you please squeeze my udder Farmer Joe?".
Did this many years ago. It came together very quickly. There are know synths, all guitars and backwards vocals, sped up vocals, detuned vocals.....whacked sounds. I wrote the lyrics on the spot. I love its deep personal message...lol!
This one kind of sneaks up on me. First listen didn't grab me a lot - nice guitars and all, but...
Second listen, I was right there. Nice groove and cool song on top of it.
Well, don't know what the earlier version sounded like, but this sounds mighty fine.
Really nice song, as well. I don't write enough songs about my wife! (I'm kind of assuming that's who it's about)
Yeah, I can here all sorts of progression going on in these tracks. But even here you can tell you've got the ears. You've had a big effect on me the last few days - not sure what I'm recording next, but I can tell you the acoustic is sat on it's stand looking worried now!! lol
I was listening to the first wondering how you were going to get guitar and bass into it... and there they were :-)
Huge sound, works really well. Vocals get a bit lost in it for my money - but I was listening to the guitars by then!!
Comments on Andrew Russe's stuff
Aww brilliant, the rabbit hole is a comfortable place to be. I see you have visited here often.
Vocals, guitar, bass guitar and overall production is on point. Sounds good!

Love the song, I will now get to know more of your music. Awesome creation
Incredible vocals. The song reminds me of something that would heard in a Tim Burton movie.
Unique with a few fun twists like “we still don’t know how long to wait .... forever”. Love it
Wow...just wow. Andrew, this sounds great, and I love the song. Beautifully done!
Life on Mars - like
Lyrics, melody....well crafted mate
Killer guitar tones, again great vocals man, dry and in my face- and again, the emotion comes thru- great !

Beautifully played and sung
Amazing lyrics - an incredibly bittersweet tribute...
A touching song! well written and performed love the middle 8 very much enjoyed! KC
Love this.... mysterious and sad and lovely....
We, in our depiction of that night in the old West would have said, "...a hot cup of coffee."
"And Blazey’s left her homework on the trainEven though they’re thirsty They don’t stop to get a drink..." forever lines...
It's like you are channeling Bowie from a slightly different planet.
I have had similar response to Bjork and Kate Bush lately...
Love the way you stretch and twist the chords.

Nice one guys.
Superb. More!!!
Awww... one of my FAVOURITE songs. Had to come in and listen... and wow, got some of my favourite instrumentation as well... Love it to pieces
Like this very much.
lol Been trying to make some sort of reasoned critique/comment, but I'm laughing too much
Now this one grabbed me immediately. Really well put together.

Oh yeah, count me in on the chorus of approval for this voice... and on the "can we have more please?" :-)
At the moment, Andrew's wife is lying on the sofa, eating a banana and prevaricating over whether she actually knows someone called Roger or not...
Er... yours, not mine that is!! lol

Oh this is just fabulous. Loved it, every second of it. I've just found someone else to follow.

Woo... running out of superlatives to use here. Haven't heard a track I didn't like yet.
Very nice take on this one.
Yep one of my favourites too
I just KNEW you must have done this one at some point :-) Lovely version
Hey here's another one! Cool track. Thoroughly enjoyed listening to the new ones.
