Yeah. Love the singing through a fan effect on the vocals. I would like to know what effect you're using on the vocals if you're open to sharing. I've tried the fan but it's too noisy. :)
Great stuff man.
You're a fantastic songwriter, I'm looking forward to hearing all of your stuff.... would really like to see lyrics for the songs that have them! (Love the change just before two minutes in.)
Not much of a story really, saw a documentary about dog psychology (that's the Kringlebach link) and thought people saying "dog faces" repeatedly was pretty funny :)
This is pretty cool. You're really going with lots of different styles on this album. At least so far, three songs, three totally different styles. Is there a story behind this song? I googled Kringlebach and he seems to be doing some interesting research... but I can't find anything about dog faces... or human faces :).
Seriously lovin your music man. Inspiring and powerful. The bridge around 2:40 or so...what else can one say but...hell yea!!
I love it when I come across a song that moves you. I'd love to add to this one day..would that be cool??

The samples are from a BBC documentary about dogs, specifically a bit where they're talking about how dogs can recognise human emotions, so it's probably the same neuroscientist dude.
A song I've had stored in my head for quite awhile, though never committed to tape (erm... binary code) - probably because I thought it was a bit simple and even trite. Having to come up with an album's worth of material in a month cured me of…
Original working title was something like, "And after six years I finally understood why they sing in the streets here, and could go home." It's sort of about anonymity in the modern city. If that sounds pretentious, that's because it is.

Like the vibe of this one.
Easy favorite!
I like the changing styles on this record.
Excellent song! I'd like to know more about this music... Is this a one-man project or a group effort? Also, please post lyrics.
nice sound.
nice work on this one.
Wow, quite the eclectic record. Don't change. And I quite like this track (I'm a closeted Pelican fan)
Love the vocals!

Class! If you haven't already check out Colour Haze you might like them!

Add instrumentation. I should be getting my alesis multimix8 today. This is another song that would be great to break it in with.
Thanks for the kind words :) Do you mean you want to add some instrumentation to it, or do a remix? Either's fine by me :D

This talent needs to be recognized. Great work man. REALLY tight. Cool album cover too.

Do you guys have real drums? (If they're sampled then you've done an amazing job!) I'm jealous :)

Ooh, suddenly a turn to the dark side, I like it. Sounds a bit Nine Inch Nails :)
Liking the electronic sounds on this one (just looked at the title - how appropriate!)
"When I was wee, I loved climbing trees..." classic :D
Lovely gentle vocals :)

Listening to this as the morning sun streams through my window. Lovely :)
Thanks, Black Pepper, Iron & Wine's definitely my biggest influence for this kind of thing :)
You have a really nice voice, reminds me of Damon Alburn :)
Whoops, that comment was meant to be about this song!
Nice harmonies, really upbeat tune :)
