The guitar solo is not actually a guitar.
I decided to try a speed run, something I've been doing a lot of recently. I wrote this in under 24 hours. It is for a full symphonic orchestra. Pretty impressive, eh?
A friend of mine discovered the program that I am currently using to make the finished mp3 product. I was so excited that I wrote him his own theme song to thank him.
I did this live performance at the Shore 104.3 radio station yesterday (Aug.25'10) directly after singing this song in the vancouver PNE talent contest and winning first prize! hope you like it!
Check out the video of the PNE performance!
This is an absolutely beautiful song written by Jon Foreman for his side project Fiction Family and I felt like givin it a shot soo I just kinda learnt it and threw it together theres a few flubbups but they kinda workout well in the end

After Reg's murderous thoughts it only took an argument about who was going to make the tea to make his beloved leave him but the problem was, so had 50% of his lottery winnings and it was this he took hard, He went on the preverbal bender. Waking…
3rd one for RPM2011. This is an 'oh you'll never get to heaven' type affair inspired by a beer my mate introduced me too. The song is basically about drinking yourself to death and having one up on the healthy brigade having made a rather spectacular…

My daily Regx2 fix, I can't start my day without you guys. I love the vocals here. Bluesy voice, I like that. The feeling of confusion is palpable. Good god almighty, that girl is bad-talking a Reg, thats just not right.

it certainly is.
Excellent ...
Nicely Beatlesque. I hear an ELO vibe, too. Well-crafted and bouncy!
I see why you get so many listens. Excellent.
Wonderful poetic lyric. I'd edit the beginning, the stuff before the music starts is a little distracting. Very nice, it reminds me of Jason Mraz.
Also very groovy, you need a band, my friend.
Get this to full-band status soon! I'd crawl all over this with blues harmonica. Very groovy!

She was no good for you anyway, Reg. And a good bender may be necessary to get over it... but don't crawl into that bottle. Stick to the tea!
*waves hands with outstretched fingers* the colours...!
