Taking a breather from a few other projects and fired up some drum loops. 3 hip hop beats at 80 bpm. Funny how they just line up like that.
I added some 70's disco synth and some spooky sounds and Bingo.......spooky hip hop.
Go figure.....
Hybrid analog/digital rock and roll. I'm trying out some new guitar FX and amp sims in Pro Tools.
They are not so bad all distorted and fuuzzzzed
up.

This is a redo of "I've Made Myself A Wall", from the 2009 24 hour challenge on Alonetone.
I thought the original version was a little bland, so I wanted to take a stab at breathing some fresh life into it.

Recording some match lighting samples recently and felt compelled to put some music to it.
I put the mic up to some raw acoustic guitar. Bass and lead added with FX. Norm added percussion, making it sound waaaay better.

Enjoying a few tracks on this site with Indian flavor lately. My brothers legs were so red from slapping them to get the perc sounds in this track, I had to laugh, That alone was worth doing the song ;)
