Here I attempt to articulate a few distinct feelings of the home, or the affect of cultivating one's own space, or not. Instrumentation: house keys, pots and pans, long bamboo flute, synth, drum programming, voice(s), and didgeridoo (a real…

it begins as an indonesian march. perhaps a malay in the melee with a backpack of dinner. it then becomes lighter. it is evening after dinner on the mountain. the stars come out and dance on clouds of the moon. a didgeridu paints tasmanian cave images, however, the sitar brings a scent of indian curry to the table. it is an international feast. 0x0

A moody solo acoustic thing that I came up with playing in a long forgotten tuning. Just got a new Zoom H4N, so this was recorded in my shop sitting at my reedmaking bench may 12 2009

there is a great melodic feel to this study super clean guitar sounds, too you're a 'fera' of the fretboard, as the brazilians would say. (fera= 'wild animal' - which somehow gets used colloquially as "musical genius") thanks for your kind words re: Wanna go home. The chords are taken from a bossa nova tune - Quando Chegares - by Carlos Lyra - a great bossa songwriter.

How wonderful to play the piano like you do Lalo, I particularly like the very melodic pieces probably because I don't really know much about classical music. But I can tell you are very, very good. Cheers Bethan
