Perpetual motion of things that will not stop even when we're no longer here. Strange feeling.

Here I played on Roland Jupiter 80 and Roland Integra 7 synthesizers (incredible instruments for all those who love and who live with sounds and emotions); chained/multilayered; live recording.
Just back from a night out average walk p a very steep hill and this exactly how my head feels.......now the tap dance p the stair without waking the foe!,,......wish me luck!

I was typing out a long comment about star-gazing and meteor showers and my cat stepped out the keyboard and made it vanish. C'est la vie. This would have made a pleasant soundtrack for my meteor-gazing of the past few nights.
Thank you Igor .....a lovely tune to end a lovely day with ....it's a shame days like this have to end.....maybe I'll try to stay awake a little longer but those little tykes have wore me out again

Bad Münder am Deister
Every day is good, and rainy one in particular, because it is what locks us under the roof, to give time / to force to think about why we live, and to understand the value of short solar moments.

What's the name of the day to us, who are immortal and infinite?
i want to start to feel real
This old heart mine has had nothing but bad times
Every time i think i got it made
By christ it all goes wrong again

We are the phantom limb of some once grand collective;
so full of holes, run through from a distance.
Uniform and prism minded; vagrant eyed.
From this cloud we stretch out, though we are vacant.
Out here, on some misspent horizon,
there…
Just a little improvisation. Though i fingered the chords and melody, it's fair to say most the heavy lifting's being done by a KARMA algorithm developed by Stephen Kay of Korg.
The latter piano half is simply a re-arrangment of that same…

Gary the drummer bought a new song along we are working on in our band "BIG BAD DOG" with Jon on Guitar and myself on vocals....the recording is a bit shit but hey were trying.......Watch out the band BIG BAD DOG will be performing near you soon…
I believe after years experts will talk about this like: "You know, it reminds me of, uh ... Trevor... Yes, it was Trevor!"
And they, who knows will smile with meaningful glances at each other - "Yes", they will say, "WE KNEW".

I like it.
This demo recording turned out particularly well, especially when compared to how most of my MYTHOPOETICA recordings sound. The lead guitar employs an Eastern Folk scale and style of picking, greased with GEM-style Blues butter.
SUPER YOU…
Another Psychedelic Folk song from the Lore of Spring collection of my four MYTHOPOETICA demos. One of my earlier recordings, there are sound quality issues. Drums are via the Yamaha E313 KB.

Terrible recording due to my old studio set up dying, but a nice keepsake of just how bad things became before the rebuild.
Lyrics by Brent Kinder.
With piano by Igor Alexeev.
You live on street. Act quickly, without any sense, as the wind that blows where he pleases. Chaos? primitive element? ...stirring the cauldron full of cultures and no-cultures…and the real life begins.

Oh, I'm not sure those are steel drums at all. What the heck are they? Awesome, in any event.
