I've got nothing there
Nothing here to share either
Plenty of ideas
But nothing ripe enough to root down
I'm grounded
And nothing flys
Nothing flys by me (2x)
I recognize that tank's empty
In a pool of fuel
But the thoughts I accuse…

Thank you. :) This is "Them Local Fishermen" (with Soundsmith Kamachi) as opposed to Savage but that doesn't take away my delight and pleasure on hearing this!! Thank you - it's ace! I love the tender "yeah someone like me" part, might steal that.
Music by Wilsun, Lyrics, Vocals and some acoustic guitar by Jahn.
Separated just another mistake
I talked to you about the way you've been
Rooted in reality
Echolution
You always talk about self resentment
You’re trapped in the past…

of my memories

The ego is there
It's not there to deal with just to move on
It's injury brought…
Standing on a tightrope
Stranded in midair
Struggling to balance
Mortality aware
Scared of looking downwards
As the drop below is much too far
The pole is getting heavy
Sliding through the hands
Braced against the headwind
Submit to…
I've hidden from you for no reason at all
No context at all, just my habit, my fault
Just my habit to blame, no reason at all
Not earnest at all, just a pretext to thought
Your wish for peace, it's drowning down the well
That's where…
It's over baby it's over
It's too late to explain
Before we Blow up again
Oh we thought that We were so much better
than those People with their Problems
why Couldn't they just Solve them
So why Are we the Ones that get those stares…
Step away step away
Don't you dare
That's your pedestal
Don't you care about falling from grace?
When we first met
You sent me straight to the top without caring
I didn’t care either I was so proud I'd say with a shout
I'll take you all on
So…
Old school art rock
Red clay still shot
White board wet rotting fall away
No time on the clock
It's over mop it up
A little left for a holiday
Well it's time to stop the routine
You might say it just another phase of the game
But now…
I’ve seen the trimmings you destroy
The kindness that you avoid
Our subtle ways our sad affairs
Our vagrant airs dissolve to noise
What do you contemplate you're standing still
Your posture motivates the scene
You still don’t understand…
A cover of KLandry's 2010 RPM Challenge song, Fire Dancer, lyrics below:

Get it burning higher

2010 RPM Challenge Track. Lyrics below:
Burning down the wire
And you're out of time
Ripping through the ties
that you try to knot
Telling me "go!"

Is what you want

I've been listening to your entire album, and I like Telltale, and the first five songs, and this one, most of all. You have an interesting style. I'm not sure about some of your vocal affects, but the songs are good overall.

this whole place
going down the drain
and i’m going along for the ride
nobody forced my hand
nobody made me this way
nobody tried to stop me either
it’s not what i say, what i do

I peaked thru a hole in my soul and saw you standing there
Ringing the bell of my heart
I forget where we left and that’s a great place to start
We took a fling on the wing of a wild thing…
Once of City Steve and the Neon Lights. this was my first cover.
This song is done in the style of "the rake Song" by the decemberist. yeah. that just happened.
Finally a good cut of this one. Named after Daniel Burnham of Chicago's Burnham Plan, this song is about the downfall of western capitalism. I'm completely unprepared for it myself -- I have no idea what I'll wear.
Comments on Jahn's stuff
Super cool.
Oh, this is WAY too cool.
Dude, I love this song. This is about as genuine as it gets. What chords are you playing? Is the capo on? I may need to cover this.
Like this very cool

Enjoyed this but would have liked the vocal slightly higher in the mix.
Love it!
Love your voice.
Beautiful guitars.
Matt Parker's song for the RPM Challenge. Lyrics in the "About" section.
Ace, really like this.
Excellent, really like this one.
This was lovely, I quite enjoyed it!
I like the juxtaposition of the ethereal Cure-style guitars and the in-your-face synth lead.
NICE.
I'm still in mix mode so the first thing i notice how nicely you handle the change in volume towards the end. let's hear it for dynamic range!!
Great cover well done.
great tune.

Very My Bloody Valentine, nice work!
The cover is up and running, hope you like it!
Man this is pure Rock Pop at its finest! Solid as a...Rock!
You really captured that post punk era well here! Robert Smith would be proud!
Holy moly, great cover, also shows the good bones on this track to build on as well. Kudos all around!
This my fave track - great job! Love that melodic baritone line!
