…a song Rick Babb wrote, trying to imagine what it must be like for me, to be loved by Peggy Mitchell.

Yesterday (Now, many years ago) Rick Babb came over to Fort Worth to deliver some equipment to Bass Hall for a concert. We had dinner and he came to my house. I had to leave for a while. I told Rick to write a song while I was gone.

When I got back I said, “What have you got?”
He said, “Not much.”
We headed to the basement and he put down guitar and voice tracks.
When he left I added bass, drums, electric guitar, and harmonies and filled in a few missing lines.

This is what he calls NOT MUCH: WHY YOU ARE SO GOOD TO ME.
