Tasty.
Does sound very summery - almost enough to block out the rain going on here.
Maybe it's cos I'm a guitarist, but I felt no "rambling on" without the vocal. It's almost got an Allman Brothers vibe to it.
Just realised I hadn't listened to this...
There's quite an amazing breadth of styles you handle. I feel like I do electric stuff and acoustic stuff, but it's all pretty much rock-pop with hints of blues, country, and folk in varying degrees. The only time I step out of this is if I approach the recording machine without a finished song and just wing it (rarely finish any of those though!).
Another nice one :-)
lol - that'll teach me to post before the owner has fixed the title etc...
Good excuse to give it a second listen. And reading the "About" now - yeah, I thought David Bowie when I was listening to "75e67 c5 etc" (actually, that might have been what made me think of David Bowie!)
A bit of comic relief is good when you have some writers block. I had he song mapped out years before I recorded it. I need to record its companion "Won't you please squeeze my udder Farmer Joe?".
Did this many years ago. It came together very quickly. There are know synths, all guitars and backwards vocals, sped up vocals, detuned vocals.....whacked sounds. I wrote the lyrics on the spot. I love its deep personal message...lol!
This one kind of sneaks up on me. First listen didn't grab me a lot - nice guitars and all, but...
Second listen, I was right there. Nice groove and cool song on top of it.
Yeah, I can here all sorts of progression going on in these tracks. But even here you can tell you've got the ears. You've had a big effect on me the last few days - not sure what I'm recording next, but I can tell you the acoustic is sat on it's stand looking worried now!! lol
I've been messing about with my virtual keyboard this week, in preparation of an amazing collaboration I'll be working on soon :)
Beat and sax are from Mixcraft.
Enjoy! xox
Salty air smokey lungs
Footprints in the sand
Leading to the woods
Can you breathe it in?
And still shadows lurk
Tempting my mind
The trees drop fire
Burn down before my eyes
Oh no, where did you go?
On the reef you cut your palms…
Rain for three days no sun Autumn Winter just around the corner....i dont feel so good.....i think i've got S.A.D.. everything is going Grey.......I need some colour and theres at least 5 months of Grey left to suffer ....Ahhhhhh!!!!!!!..........
Started listening the other day and was pulled away by a smoke stack diaper change!! Love the middle part also...its a break from that main riff. Love the harp playin!
Oh, it's fall again,
Autumn leaves are sweeping in,
Came and went like the tides.
Oh, chills on the wind again,
Eating through our clothes,
Aching our blood cells.
Oh, where is home again,
With fire in our hearts,
And love on our shoulders…
Wedding march written a long time ago for a friend and a failed marriage. The song symbolizes hope and trust in the face of fear. The composition is all that's left of that now, but, it still means something. Not our usual, so please don't…
This is the third, maybe forth time I recorded this tune.
I like this one best.

my eyes could see
then they called in the calvary

As a surprise for the missus (she gets out of hospital tomorrow after a 9 week stay) I've revamped a little ditty I wrote for her. I thought I'd put an Elvis slant on it including the ridiculous club style ending. I also slipped a bit of a British…

Good song! My feet are tapping! Let's hear the story about the Allman Bros concert.

These damn dead guys are always playin slide guitar better than me! First Duane Allman and now Cobain! Lol!
Your slide guitar sounds like Kurt Cobain haha very well done man!

Very cool, yeah, it kinda sounds like one first few tracks on Bowie's Low album.
That is crazy how it showed that info before I processed all info...

Haaa! Maybe this is better.
Like this one. Kinda tricky lyric though - I can see why you haven't sung it lol
Haa...doesnt feel much like Christmas these days....hi temps today 106 degrees....it was 116 on tuesday....
Merry Christmas ....".
lol Been trying to make some sort of reasoned critique/comment, but I'm laughing too much
Now this one grabbed me immediately. Really well put together.

Ah, THE main man, this should get some response, the great human to walk the Earth, Jimi, or was he ??!!??!!
A really fine song.....great sounds...

Nice one, very punchy.

This is really really good. Enjoying every part of it. Very well written song with a perfect vocal performance.
Nice way of recording with that harmony and some verb on it. Really enjoyed this :)
Great imagination on these tunes. Has a Doors feel the way you are singing the verses.
BOC! Nice !
Jeff Beckish playin! Nice whammy theatrics!
Nice song at vocal.
Started listening the other day and was pulled away by a smoke stack diaper change!! Love the middle part also...its a break from that main riff. Love the harp playin!
Like how u did the vocals and where they are placed. Nice songwriting.
Touching song. Very sweet playing.
Captivating vocal.
This is spooky and cool. I like the dark lyrics here .
Dang....or dung! Thats gettin down to the truth right there.
Nicely done. Love the strings.
Man I dig your voice. Clean and pleasant. Nice cover once again :)
Cool track. Has a soundtrack-ish vibe. Love all the elements and coloring.
Oh hell yeah...heavy heavy! Your on a tear!
She wrote such a beautiful melody. Nice touching rendition.
Oh like I said before , Righteous bros all the way. Classy.
Very nice ditty here. Makes me smile :)
Love the soprano voice and the flutter in your vibrato. Excellent singing. This cover sounds like your own.
