Another old song that got a little country twang when it became obvious that the horn section wouldn't be showing up on my doorstep any time soon.
"You fools don't know what's going on inside her head"

Dip sampled this out of your many tracks!
This is Superb Bro!
I got a Feeling that all your tracks are Gonna be as Great!
I look forward to coming back and listening to them..
Inspired by Tess' little Morwenna and my (getting bigger) Jessica. Writing back and forth with Bethan, I came to realize that a song needed to be written about the significance of the statements that so often come from the mouths of babes…
This song has got me bro....
I feel Quite emtional listening to it!
The "My little girl was awful quiet" Verse reminds me of when the boy was a new born...
It's like a High definition Picture of Life.
You are an excellent Storey teller bro. And a True Tallent!
I'm Gonna be listening to this a lot!

What started as an interesting hiking concept that I contrived for my sister's next trip out "Hey, what if you climbed up Sleeping Beauty Mountain and I climbed up Shelving Rock. We could get out the binoculars and see each other from different…
Believe it or not, this song was written while swimming laps in the high school pool (I had to have the life-guard kid write down lines for me every time I returned from the deep end). Oddly enough, the first line I came up with was "Swimming…

Wonderful song, special words, Keith! Much more gentle than the actual words spoken by Morwenna, which were, 'Don't worry, you'll sleep after you've cried.' :-D

Finally, the finishing touches seem to be put on this three-year-old song thanks to some very talented people.
The band is:
Liam (age 13 at the time of recording) on drums
A Girl Named Sam (she's no kid!) with the backing vocals
Genevieve…
This year will be my fifth year coaching one of my daughters in tee ball, and although I played ball competitively into my thirties, coaching the kids is easily the most fun I've ever had on the diamond.
Another song from the archive... Written about a friend who somehow seemed to come out of her general sad manner... Thoughts go back to a lunar eclipse when the girl I was standing next to to watch it (way back in college) disappeared from sight…
As a 'guest' mentioned, add harmonies!
i'd love to hear this with a full band, lotsa energy needing a way out! I'd be tempted to pop this on my 32 track and add harmonies, makes me wish I had a drumkit (my favorite instrument to play!)
Another oldie but goodie (again, apologies for the few seconds of silence it takes to get to the intro). This song is the first that I really tried to record properly, written around Christmastime four or five years ago with my seventh grade…
Ah, my critical teenage piano player. Well, the music wouldn't get better if not for the constructive (or at times just needling) criticism!... And her suggestions are usually pretty accurate which is why I tend to defer to her on musical arrangements.

Yeah a little piano single-note melody would sound great. i tried it out. I just went along and stayed in the same range you did (basically) and i think that would fill up this song. You might be able to do it with a base guitar too...if it was soft enough
you got me analyzing and fixing your problems :P

Wow look at you getting fancy with your guitar melody!! And hey!! look at that, no more monotone!! much better. Though, there is something missing...I think a single note piano melody would fill up the whole there.

ooooooooooo...I LIKE THIS ONE!!
HAHAHHAA why are you so monotone??? you have an upbeat happy guitar and then you come in sounding like you've just been hit by a truck and can't move your vocal chords. with the except of the SAME high note here and there. Love the Lyrics tho. Just soften up your voice a little...maybe try harmonizing with the melody...something other than the same note over and over again.
My response to John Denver's "Rocky Mountain High."
The first time I dropped my lowest string
Was for Rocky Mountain High
Last night I caught a flight
To see the fire in the sky
Where John found twenty-seven
Now I'm turning thirty-five…
Faved at the opening notes. Beautiful arrangement, writing, performance... Damn, great song! I surely will be stopping by at some point to listen to more of your music in the future!
This is simple test of East-West symphonic choirs solo soprano voice and East-West Hollywood strings contra-bass. I feel its a bit reminiscent of Lord of the Rings - of course, your mileage may vary - it is a very simple and direct arrangement…
I'll always come by to listen to the music of Middle-Earth. Perfectly captured Elven voice sound! Oh... And make sure you get in touch with an Elf that still prefers to speak Quenya if you ever get the chance to record a real one (the high-Elven speech really is quite beautiful although the Sindarin tongue has it's own elegant flow).
Very cool song (coming from this card-carrying Tolkien disciple). Well done!
For our beautiful son Willem, in French Guillaume.
recorded in my livingroom, 16-7-2009.
I called the song Guillaume before because of the beautiful sound.
Since 2012 I changed the title of the song into : Willem.
Because that makes much…
Black Cat
Words and Music by Tharek Mokbul ( OsCKilO )
My heart will miss a beat
Each time
I see your pain
I know this is the end
But I
Will fight this tide
The battle is complete
Both sides
Have won this time
I will remember you
So proud…
A Song I wrote about a friend of mine who used to Jump out of planes a lot.

Wow... Outstanding arrangement. I'm always floored by the perfect acoustic guitar on these tracks, and the violin (and other instruments) fill this tune out beautifully!
written on a Bad day with Chicken pox....
But Spent a Great Day with my Son who also had it.
Jim Called later that day.
He added a vocal/Lyric the day after as my voice is shot...
This is a song about good times with your wee ones..
This is really a true story.
No, really...
And our holiday gift to you & your friends. (Feel free to download it and share it with anyone who you think might enjoy it.)

This one was inspired by Wen's mom; and is therefore dedicated to all those musicians doing RPM, and all musicians who toil away at home to make their music despite what their friends & co-workers might think of their efforts.
Well, I was introduced to this outstanding track by a couple of hyperactive rabbits and thought I should listen to the pre-bunny funk version. Outstanding track! Great work!!!
Fast forward time, 9 years to the day, and I am in a check-out lane.

You look so beautiful in the winter,
Just like I remember.

Super song writing man!
ahh the slow song. Awesome lyrics. I like this one, a little empty but nothing that a small extra melody can't fix. A-
I remember this song! You told me about it sometime...It came out pretty good! This is definitely one of my favorites. A- (what key is it in?..)
Hey, not bad. I actually really like it. Get get a B+ (i'd give you an A but its probably in the key of D)
Lovely job.
Wow man, bravo.

The new version is soooo much better. even though my part has been guitar-ized. and you still swear...

OUTSTANDING!!! This is right up my alley, Kavin!... Now if I could only learn to play like this.

Hey Inge, Just dropping by to listen to your good good stuff after some time away. As always, I'm amazed by the purity of your soulful vocals. Keith
Looking forward to an Osckilo night at the Landry house to hear this album in its entirety.
Wow... Outstanding arrangement. I'm always floored by the perfect acoustic guitar on these tracks, and the violin (and other instruments) fill this tune out beautifully!
This is the goods! Once again, you find the perfect words and arrangement. Well done, my friend.
Too good for radio.
Left speechless by this album.
Damn... This is one hell of an album... Sorry I missed you at the listening party for a CD trade! Will be doing some downloading here instead!
Oh, the best one yet... Magnificent piece in every way.
Another gem, this one.
Excellent track!
Good to see this up in the #1 spot. Just absurd talent. Incredible stuff, Kavin.
Absolutely brilliant.
So where's the ACL fan club? Do I need to start a chapter? HA, the Toby Keith T-shirt!!!
