Well I did try and get an RPM challenge done after last years fail, but I'm still lacking enthusiasm or creativity.
Hence the uninspiring title of 'The Fifth', as this was the 5th track I was working on and the only one that came close to completion…
Aw! Such a shame this is the only survivor - great track! Sort your mojo out , we need more Mac-M! (Thank you for listening to Jazz's track, your comment means a lot)
Finally I have completed a track on this, for me, a very uninspiring year, musically speaking.
Lyrics come from the inexhaustible weirdness of my dreams.
Happy Halloween... if that's a thing :)

Another one from the archives! Collab with glu from 2009 - I took his original guitar track and added vocals, then he remixed and made about four more versions, but this is my fave.
We decided to give the kids an outlet that wasnโt pandemic or lockdown based this February, and made an album as a family for the RPM Challenge 2021. It was just the most precious, funny, brilliant month.

Ok, this one has a journey for its creation. The original riff actually came to me in the heat of late August 2013. I still remember when it came to me. It was in a different key, with a slight different resolution. It felt like a hot summer's…
Written and recorded as part of our family RPM project this year. :-D
13 year old Jasmine on vocals and ukulele.

Ukulele and vocals performed by Jazz, 12.
