Hi Richard, keeping the peace in space is all guitar and percussion. I used guitar effects quite liberally on Brian's, Norm's and my parts. The opening is Brian stretched to 8x and the organ-like part in the last 3rd is Brian's guitar backwards in part and the the 2 chord set copied and pasted a few times.

how funny that we can lose our little tunes at times and how cool that they can b rediscovered,, oh and don't let me forget to add,, A VERY NICE SONG thanks and were all lucky now that you have found and shared this
Anyone who knows me realizes I dig electronic music....yet have no idea what I am doing when it comes to creating it! This is just some groovy randomness messing around with new studio equipment.
JMT said it very well,,classical drifts, perhaps you channel Chopin at times or Monet? i was able to spend time in the Muse de Orsey this summer, getting lost on the upper floor with the impressionists,,,, i stand there getting/falling into the pictures while others pass by as shadows,,, this piece is so much like that, a place of refuge in a troubled time,, excellent and thanks r
wow! it's all so good, your story line "lyrics" are quite poetic, and your play is great and fits the mood/tone of the piece so perfect ,, i must ask if the tune or the words came first, or sort of both together? in any case this first first rate!! happy new year r
This is a Phil Keaggy tune. I swiped his original loop and then built my own thing on top of it. Might have been longer, but my volume swell effect keeps slipping out of sync with everything else. May work on it more at a later date
Live piano, recorded with a touch of strings, no sequencing, its just my fingers, music made up on the fly. This is me just being creative, its how I "write" my music.

2nd track of flute is also played live over the piano.

Really lovely. I feel like the musical equivalent of a caveman with a tuned stick when I hear real musicians like you perform!
Nice! - I like how it turns into a prog rock piece almost about 1:40 ish
What beautiful melodies!
Oh, and what a beautiful direction it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
wow, brilliant! sounds like 4 movements-in-one, and the progression is so well balanced and arranged, it's almost "invisible" - bravo!
dis is da bomb.
1 min 40 so pretty, love that. Most attractive and delightful music. Thanks.
I would love to listen to this while visiting an art gallery. Excellent work man. Don't ever doubt yourself.

Oh...I think you DO know what the heck you're doing. Agree with Vaisvil - this is beautiful...sublime.
Actually, if you wanted, I could try a treatment like Keeping the Peace in Space on one of your piano pieces, if you'd like.
