One thing I missed the most about alonetone is the collaborations that spring up sporadically - love the creative spirit round here. Another very fine example of sonic synergy. Love the early Fleetwood Mac feel... I don't know Zep, but you're doing it very well, guys.

My new album, my first all-jazz effort, is taking longer to complete than I had hoped, due to my plans to set up a proper isolation booth for recording horn parts (sax, bass clarinet, trumpet). But I've been listening to the rhythm section mixes…
I don't need every song to sound like a power trio, even if I want every song to be arranged for a power trio. Does that make sense?
Also, is it the biggest cliche in the universe to write a song about writing a song?
