Always love your little synth touches - sprinkled like trinkets. This is a wonderful showcase. Great use of the samples - wonderful track that appears to have gone largely undiscovered! *sticks flag in track*

I ended up using Dynoman's Feel Easy so much it turned the other way round, so I guess it's a remix? Never done those before.
A great original song, you can find it and other Dynoman works here: http://soundcloud.com/dynoman
I've been really into soundtracks for the past few days, especially those for action games and the notion of having a static, subtle track run over unpredictable game actions and still making the whole thing work.
So this was made with that…

as 6LA8. Based on the traditional chinese epic war poem of the same name, and has the traditional 'Nomad flute' throughout it. We provide ambience and the usual.
as 6LA8, was composed for "Hope For Japan", a compilation made by a close friend to help provide funds for the 2011 earthquake in Japan, http://morehopeforjapan.com/hope-for-japan/ . Raised 1800$!
Well this certainly is entertaining. Lots of different sounds blended together and in the background the clip clopping which keeps the sanity. Good work guys!

or... dig this, why not try a sensual massage from a manatee masseuse?
It's a fun, sexy time at the endless seafood buffet!
The little intro ballad here was inspired by the overly sentimental, 80's synth-cheese soundtrack to Wong…

Depeche Mode lite
I was going to hire Meatloaf for the ending but it turns out he will NOT work for pancakes... which is what I had heard.
This is one of the prime examples of (early on) being WAY more ambitious than what my ability…
A moody piece I whipped up while testing the new Live 9 beta.
Basically, two chords (Cmin7, Bmaj7) and some layered noodles.
Still have a busted finger, so the guitar playing is... restricted.
Two guitar tracks, lots of effects and some beer.
For the gear heads, the effects list was:
EHX - Freeze
EHX - Memory Man with Hazarai
TC - Hall of Fame Reverb
Digitech - JamMan Stereo
TC/PGS - Trinity Reverb
xotic - EP booster
NI - Guitar Rig 4
Inspired by a line in one of the many books I read while laid up with a recent back injury.

An as yet unused demo from RPM 2012... This was the last song I wrote in Feb 2012 & feel like it is a companion piece to the opening song, "You, Miles Away" -- a perfect little bookend, actually.

This is a “cross-over” pattern. Cross-over patterns are a type of enharmonic polymeter, where 2 rhythms with different numbers of beats/measure are played at the same tempo: the measures do not line up each time. These rhythms have measures…
Rather, it includes Norm's excellent track Pilón For A New Son (http://alonetone.com/norm/tracks/piln-for-a-new-son). Was trying to find out how less I can get away with in rhythms while still having enough flow. Feedback welcomed :)
@Norm: Thanks! Yeah I can see what you mean, I love trying to implement other ideas in my music, trying to adapt to new styles etc. Lots of fun. Suffice it to say I'll be using more of your tracks in the future :)
A test run with my new Line 6 DL4 delay pedal. Recorded with a handheld mp3 recorder, hence the ambient room noise. The DL4 was fed into a BOSS loop pedal also. No overdubs, all on the fly.

Nice. It's also interesting when you play the same rhythm but on different times, say one in 4/4, and a same pattern but stretched (or compressed) to a triplet, gives a really full surround, though I'm talking in terms of guitar or synths, not sure how it would play out in percussion.
I thought so little of this song at first I filed it away in a folder on my hard disk called "nogood". About a year later I listened to it again and changed my mind.

I never know what to expect from you...but it's always tight as a drum. This is a wonderfully tense, atmospheric track. The mix is genius!
This was ringing out while we pottered about pre-dinner, and we all agreed that it was special and compelling. Very nice indeed!
Wow...nearly missed this! Inventive and verrry cool. (Perfect title!)
Mesmerizing, emotive and cool...
Energizing ! Lovely mix of soundz.
Strong work!
Abrasive but cool. Really nice.
Excellent track! w;-)
Great, rich soundscape here. Wonderful piece, Tipu.
Lovely duet (with yourself?)
Beautiful. Love the percussive pops. This track feels like a tug of war between blissful ambiance and more beat driven electronic.
Oh a lefty? cool tune.
Very evocative; shimmering light on water. A tranquil metamorphosis.
Really deep deep listening.
This is really cool

BB will be missed by all, till end of all. At least, I really hope so.
hahaha
I really like how the beats hit deep and the synth growls. And the singing is excellent!
instant love. those clean shimmery guitars and the percussion in the back! the influence shines through!
Moody indeed. Serious flares vibes from this. And you got the new live 9 beta :o
nice, sounds like a sci fi movie intro too. I would remix it...some time
Great stuff. Sounds very natural, amazing its just you making the whole thing, given the progressions in all the instruments.
I did download it earlier, loved it, different than expected too, in a great sense.
Magnificent. Love the eerie-ness as well.
Very humble. I like how your vocals are slightly chorused.
Like the progressions, very Zeuhl.
Man, wish I could sing that breezily
ah, the Ambrosian chant. I see why you named it for him now, I think.

great track, love the wah-type delays that come in later

love the organs
Your songs have a very alternative feel to them, which is great.
Brilliant.
