This song was written after moving into a new apartment. One of the movers put a coin in the door hinge to keep the door open so that he wouldn't have to bother me for keys. I thought it was so cool and smart and sleek and simple. I wanted him…
NOT FINISHED. another doo-doo draft. just putting it up here so that i kick myself in the pants to flesh it out and write verses and whatnot and redo everything. great!
NOT FINISHED. shining up old songs. this one is headed in this direction. if i put it up on here, i have to finish it.

i got a hot date

i need a ride

chewing peppermint gum
did my eyebrows fresh
white musk on my neck
part my hair to the right

for REALZ, this is way far from being done. this is an oldie from a previous duo I was in, VC Andrews, (http://www.myspace.com/vcandrews) and i wanted to give it new life. Listen to the old version at the myspace page to hear how it's going to…
I much prefer this as an EP song to the longer version. The hook of the song is too diluted in the longer version. Great tune. This one is just about perfect IMO. A run through a channelstrip would clean it up the rest of the way I bet. Great work here, keep it up.
I love this song like crazy, a guaranteed hit. The vocals on this version are not as easily heard on this version though. This version would be great to use for live shows but I prefer the shorter version for a single. Depends on what you are wanting to do with it I suppose. This song sounds like what would be on a live bonus cut to me.
NOT FINISHED. another draft. just putting it up here so that i kick myself in the pants to flesh it out and write verses and whatnot and redo everything. great! this draft is continuously replaced with newer versions. check back, please! (oh yeah…
Written, recorded, and mixed in 24 hours. August 01-02, 2009, from 6am to 6am.
Instrumentation: Two acoustic guitars, electric guitar (picked and bowed), fretless bass, about 7 different flutes, two tabla drums, rattles, tambourine, didgeridoo…
where'd my comment go??? i compared you to a meeting of the Beatles and Trent Reznor. but with a genius of all your own.
i am zero percent surprised that you, off all people, could make so much fresh and awesome music in 24 hours.

something is so Beatles about this. i imagine Paul collaborating with Trent Reznor. i hope you don't mind being compared to other artists. other geniuses.
the thing i really really really really love about the chord progression is the last chord of each phrase in the chorus. how it goes THERE, instead of There.
this is the trailmix i want to bring with me through the circles of hell.
A rewrite and expansion of one of my original songs, from a time when I was distrustful of things like drum samples and dynamics. ;P I don't mind discouraging those ninety-nine out of a hundred listeners with noisy glitchiness if it suits the…
close your eyes and imagine a glu concert-- what does it look like? describe this fake show to me... what would you want to see?
Oh, almost forgot. Many sounds, like these pretty cellos were found on freesound. I did manipulate the pitch on…
Sister Savage has a little star in this track!
Melody based on 'ah! vous dirai-je, Maman,' by Mozart.. the original composer. I think it's the first and second variation of 12, but that was like 15 years ago that I learned the piece so I have…
First draft.
Dedicated to my mother on her birthday.
In the outro: Trombone, Horns, Clarinets, Mouthpiece buzz by Andy Hentz (arrsuarez) and organic drum related sounds by Glu.
The first version.
This is the first and only song I wrote on [arrsuarez](http://alonetone.com/arrsuarez)'s Christmas gift to me, a mbira that he lovingly crafted by hand.

One in a series of trip hop beats that I am making from samples that I recorded with an ensemble in January, of Schoenberg's "Pierrot Lunaire". Although we never got to play our "Pierrot Redux" in live performance, let nothing go to waste. I dedicate…
