back when I could access usenet still I made a newsgroup for amateur musicians and there was a nice group of 20-30 people who contributed and listened to each other's work. There was a woman named Emma who did a killer…
Cool! My favorite Floyd, makes me wanna post my version. Aded this to my PF playlist..http://alonetone.com/kavin/playlists/surrogate-band-pink-floyd-on-alonetone

Now there just has be a story behind this?......excellent ominous soundscape...that wasn't Norm trying to get through was it? He hasn't met up with Desirea has he?
heady, I always enjoy finding the little hidden treasures in ambient soundscapes. This is good, very sharp and alive, and taps into those far recesses of the mind.
Yeah, I should have said, "Gong" earlier! Shows what a nit I am.
I like this, it sounds really pretty with the guitar and percussion too. That gong is magnificent!
love the sound - you should try to get a convolution reverb sample of this space. I'm not quite sure how to do that but the info has to be on the net somewhere.
Had a couple of ours spare this morning while the gang have gone for a bike ride/walk....so here goes...

Well Reg has just realised that he keep making the same mistakes with his relationships as he always has....the first song from the Newly built cellar.....Jim just had to jump o this one............
Hello pain my old friend it's so nice to see…
Yes indeed Jim Morrison in vocal tone but perhaps Ton Waits in lyrics. Excellent if being thrashed with a pepper sprayed cat-o-nine tails is excellent :-)
i was trying to work on a piece for a shark video of mine, but this is what came out instead,, my piano moments collections are the small musical threads that emerge amongst/while i am working/thinking about other things,,,

Oh yet another nostalgic blast from the past. I found this unbelievable backing track surfing the web some years ago. I usually never use backing tracks because they usually suck bad . But this one is like having mitch and noel at your side. I…
I was finally able to finish this one up over this past week. Like always I am never satisfied but I have come to a point where I just tell myself enuff is enuff and move on to the next song...pheww! Hopefully it sounds good on everyone elses…
yes, I found a midi file and applied my samples and a bit of editing and re-tuning to it. It must of taken forever to put this into a computer. http://www.classicalarchives.com/midi.html

The hand is quicker than the eye! Such a beautiful piece of music.
I love this piece, absolutely gorgeous. Fascinating picture, the cigarette looks incongruous somehow.

You did probably your best vocal on this and certainly you get the prize for conviction. Well played too!
Heavens! That's threatening, I hope you hung up!
Hi Chris, well I got the new laptop at last, so here I am trying it out. Amazing speakers! Sounds pretty good to me and well played.

That is fascinating! Sounds lovely! I was glued to the video. Bethan
Woo. This takes me back... Love it :)

Puts me in mind of the euphoria while drowning. Really smooth and weightless sounding.

funny thing about it is that I thought Steve was trying to get rid of me. Perhaps he was a master of the mind f**k
Cool song... it sounds like the green fairy visted!
you know... its a girl on the phone call - maybe Norm got Desirae busted for indecent behavior! Gosh I don't want he after me though!
Catchy title indeed! Nice song!
brilliant!

Frank wants to re-record this. I think we will be doing that sooner than later.
Yay!! It's fixed.
I was :-) Everyone needs a song in the wholetone scale
Hi Richard, no I didn't stay up for that. I was too busy playing with my soft synths :-) This is a beautiful piece.
You Eric's son? Awesome!

Very funky indeed!
This is quite awesome, by far the best tune from that album and performed extremely well here!
