At a recent charity event held in my small town's train museum, I was admiring a massive brass train bell when the curator walked up to me. I commented that a bell would really rather be heard then seen, and he agreed. I offered to digitally record…
3rd one for RPM2011. This is an 'oh you'll never get to heaven' type affair inspired by a beer my mate introduced me too. The song is basically about drinking yourself to death and having one up on the healthy brigade having made a rather spectacular…
when you wake up
and it feels like its further away
you get discouraged
could it have really gone unnoticed
what you're tryin to find
isn't so black or so white
it's more rooted in faith and less in fate
what you're tryin to find
isn't so gift…

we felt around and kicked the ground for a place to sit down.
you were cold so i gave you my coat, and you came close.
we just sat there, on the swinging chair, breathing up the air…

Beautiful, twinkly album close. So many dark flavours in the music I have just heard - ending on this high note is relaxing and calming. Positively stunning work.
I loved this album - RPM or not, it's a classic. Your best, guys?

I think it is very smart that AT does not have a system of "ranking" or "rating" songs other than "favorite". Such a system, by it's very nature, is just going to hurt somebody's feelings.
Love how you're mixing it up on this album - I think you guys could pull off any style! Another stormer! Great vocals - and the sirens add a great touch!
