Well, here is a new version of this one. I was not playing my own guitar, but one of a friend, which doesn't sounds so bright. Anyway, i think this is a better interpretation, but still has some mistakes. (this time is well tuned..)

This is an improvisation (with a bit of editing where my timing got off by a lot) for this week’s ImprovFriday event
I used my M-Audio 88es to drive:
Korg MS2000
ARP 2600 V soft synth
Absynth 5 soft synth
Session 3 drummer soft synth

Really wanted to try and learn what i would consider one of the best lead guitar solos of all time, recorded this in early 2010 and it's my effort at learning the solo. Hope you enjoy it.

Admittedly rushed out for the holidays, here's a 5 song EP of techno christmasness. By next year, it'll be a full record with lots more sleigh bells and sirens.

Admittedly rushed out for the holidays, here's a 5 song EP of techno christmasness. By next year, it'll be a full record with lots more sleigh bells and sirens.
Carlsbad is a great cave... perhaps a bit commercialized: it actually has a US Post office in it's depths - 750ft below the ground.
But the reverb in this piece is excellent: fitting of the 7th largest cave chamber in the world. Well done. (It would have been a long process getting that large of a choir up out of the cave on it's small elevator.)
