The first two verses are about a local town (Decatur, AL) with notorious sewage/drainage and chemical problems. The third verse is about a literal poop train that stunk up north Birmingham and Parrish, AL for weeks at a time within…
Having once lived there and experiencing rain water flooding into my house three different times because the city can't keep their drains cleared, this song really hits home.
This is the only track where I played all the instruments you hear. Otherwise I just stick to singing and playing my lame guitar. Also, this is another first in the sense that I have kept the original song mechanics intact in one of my covers…
I have NO idea what you're singing about... :-) but I'm loving your daily songs and find myself waiting for them to appear. Just played this one to Mrs R - she likes it too.
