Nice tune. I'm getting a sense that the roller coaster of Life is hitting one of the low spots for you at the moment. I was at a CSN concert back in the 80s, where David Crosby, introducing the song said. "When life lands you in serious sh**, you do the only thing you CAN do... CARRY ON!" And the boys launched into it. And It Was Good.

Great lyrics, love the Simian reference. I once read a book about difficult people, but he tore it up and tossed it out. The tune is tight and druid in feel. I so like this one 5 stars

Wow! This is powerful. I’m not a fan of the planet of the apes either but maybe I should go back and watch.

I like that stripped down sparse sound. It fits your voice and that relaxed cadence perfectly.

The songs that write themselves are always the best. This one has an ethereal quality.
