Cemetery Mary

I went out creeping on a Halloween night
Looking for the scream of my life
Not a single soul was sleeping every spook was insight
Even half-dead were alive
There's a guilty moon hanging in the gallows…

I just might be hiding behind your bedroom door
you might find me lying under your bed, down on the floor
You swear you hear the creekin' coming up the stairs
you got your eye on the peep-hole and nobody's there…
Song by Nick Plagakis
Lyrics:
I don’t care for love and happiness
I got myself a yacht and a mansion
I don’t believe in God and religion
I got myself sixty four billion
Greed, greed, greed is what I need
Greed, greed, greed is what…
This one is still in progress, Jon the guitarist sent me a riff which i stuck together to get a kinda structure...so this is take 1....

Volcano was one of the first tracks that the Proods uploaded to Alonetone, it was fun because it features the Prood gals who aren't always available to jam.
My nephew Spencer or (SZC) as he goes by wrote this song entirely as we were talking about the sad news of Robin Williams passing in a conversation last year and how it felt. So he asked me to do the vocals and guitar.. He will be joining alonetone…
This is a beautiful emotional song telling the sad story of the singer. It describes the emotions of the singer in a precise way.

Here is what Buck said he added:
"So I used the tremolophone (vibes) and tuba sounds in Garageband and played them on the keyboard."

Fall is my favorite time of year and this song is perfect and puts me in a fall mood!!..guitars sound excellent...great song Greg.
Nice man - good story telling. Guitar sounds sweet and you've got a very distinctive voice.
Great guitar work!

The question is - which SG? Nice mix of voices and instrumentation as usual. Buck
I thought it was Listen To the Wind because of the title not the music!! 2 completely different songs...almost same title:-) love the new one!!

Another instant classic. Love the sound of the Gibson backing your beautiful vocals. This one is sure a keeper
Beautifully nostalgic lyrics and a charming sound of voice and guitar
beautiful........
Up near the Temprance right now... Came back for another listen to this lovely song
For me, this song captures a feeling. It puts me back in northern mn with whiskey jacks, chickadees, and the silence of fresh snow on the ground.

This is EXCELLENT !!!
*Mission Accomplished!* This makes the hair raise on the back of my neck!
Interesting. Well written with great supporting instrumentation.
This hit the spot this morning!
Interesting feel to this
LOTS OF ENERGY !!! Nice guitar licks and the vocal energy is REG all the way!
I like that line *"Forget about the laundry on the floor"*.
I like how this ebbs and flows. I think I'm living the theme of this song. Who knew there was more to life than hanging around drinking beer.
Now . . . That's the stuff we're looking for!
Surrealistic and fun!
Nice cooperative effort between you and Soencer! Beautiful
Very pretty song with anguish just below the surface.
I love that Tuba and Temolophone! Thanks Buck!
Great chord progression supporting a solid lyrical story. Nice Ukulele. I like the echo on the vocal.
