So well written... This truly is brilliant.
New Computer - Just testing to see if everything works
Lyrics:
One kiss leads to another
Down the road we go
In each other’s arms
Love struck, drive me crazy
Hoping that you recognize
My charms
One kiss leads to love
One kiss…

Hi Greg, a lady never tells! But as you asked so nicely, yes I had a lovely New Year with my little granddaughters, drank a bottle of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc and shared a room with a 5 year old!
My son presented me with a new grandson! Yes, I had great new year! No, no hangover! :)Yet!!
Happy New Year to you and Rita

Your musical intuition is so good, both in the way you interweave instruments as well as in your mixing choices. Along the lines of Roger's comment - you paint pictures with music. The whistle is also fabulous in this!
This is one of my favourite traditional tunes, for sure. This one pairs well with my last upload, A Harp in the Night. Maybe the two will become a medley... anyway, enjoy!
Trying out a new strat: not letting myself work on details on the computer until the skeleton of the song is complete. Result is a lot of variety in songwriting, but a bit rougher arrangement/mix.

Thought I'd share something from my latest project: Putting together instrumentals of public domain songs to use as intermission music for a community theater production. We got dinged for streaming copyrighted music in our previous production…
Sometimes life tends to repeat itself if you're not careful.... Good to find a moment to recognize old patterns and shake them off.
Great help on this one from the MN Coffee Table Gang - Greg Connor on guitar and vocals, and Mark Lofgren…
I found a CD with a lot of my old songs on it, many I have re - recorded and are on here. This one I had forgot about. The Good Wife does her bit on it.

Great song....couldn't sit still when I was listening to it, if I were a good dancer I would dance to it ;)
excellent song!
Great track Greg. Real professional sound.
Oh, that was on the home page then!

What simple, most effective lyrics. Cool song, groovy music.
Sweet blues!
The minimalist arrangement gives each instrument space without overpowering the vocals. This is your best offering yet
PC's sounds ok. The music sounds just Great.Love Greg.
I figured out what it is that you like about her.! It's your arms
Very pretty. Great mix.
Beautiful . I'd like to hear it mixed with the voice as clear as the guitar.
I think the new computer works great ...just like you...always liked this one.....got that B B style down!
Ahyes, a bluesy feel to an attraction song. Good combo

This is beautiful
Nice song! You mentioned it was rough, but it doesn’t sound that way. I think you’ve captured it.
Well done Tilden! The circumstances made me chuckle. Those Rosemont people will make you work for it.
I love it!
Great message! Let's see if we can live up to it.
Where … oh where is Lady Jane? I stopped by for “Just a Minute “
Slide and harmonica … my kinda song! Nice lead break at the end of the song.
Good advice! Very relaxed and solid presentation.
I'm giggling out loud. THAT WAS FUN! Great song Colleen. Thanks for including Mark and I in it.
Great message. We need more of this.
Good story! Ezyfolk was a long time ago.
I love this! What a beautiful piece.
I like it! Beautiful message.
I like it! It drifts along comfortably. This would make a great background on one of your videos.
Please don’t send her my way!
Beautiful imagery presented by your two voices. Very nice..
That's what we need . . . Human Kindness. I like the electric screw driver sound.
Reflective quality in a very stark light. “on my own” does that mean unsupervised?
Ah, the good ole days! I'm glad they're behind us.
This is beautiful. I’m guessing bouzouki but I might be wrong.
