Thanks man! As usual I was just screwing around, it has hints of the new cd..let's just say it could almost be an unplugged album..but not in the way you normally think. :)

Hell yes. Hell yes. I had an entire story running in my head to this one. Love the run in the last :50 seconds, totally my style of song writing. I love how the progression takes you from point a to point b without losing anything. Very cool track. Nuff said. :)

So glad to hear this again, a rush load of blood flow from this cool piece of music!
Regarding 'Havigda Nagdilla'...i will re-work it and edit the strings hook that fallows on 3:50.
Thanks!
Did the world really need a cheesy, spaghetti western version of this classic Eagles song? I'm not sure. Did I make one anyway? Yes. Yes, I did. By the way the painting is "Villa Diablo" by Downe Burns.

p.s. Might be a co-incidence, but I seem to recall there's a chain of restaurants in California call 'CPK' ... California Pizza Kitchen. I went to the one in Beverley Hills. Yum Yum!

I admit that I was pulled in by the title, but loved what I heard musically too. This has turned the Eagles classic into a mariachi-tinged epic! Roberto Rodrigues soundtrack material for sure. It builds beautifully with those mexican trumpets and backing vox. One of the best things I've heard for a long time. Absolutely loved it.

So I'm back at Caffe Lena on Thursday night gearing up for my two songs and a band called "Driftwood" takes the stage (banjo, acoustic guitar, fiddle) and blows everyone away.

A song about meeting up with each other this year for some music and booze next week.
Lyrics-
i need some space
i need some time
just to rehearse
for the viking dance
what should i wear
what should i bring
what will we sing…
in a cool darkened lounge
floors above the cityscape
quiet laughter, clink of ice in glass
D min looks into the eyes of G min
a quiet romance begins

i hope you like it...
Well, this may be the final tweaking of this nice little sing along song...
