Loving the new direction, Lalo! This is wonderfully atmospheric and clever! Love the sound like a slamming door, against the Silent Hill style deserted swings (or is that just me?). Great stuff!
In one part I harmonized the E Phrygian intro with G Mixolydian, thought that was kinda neat. In the original tune I like the lyrics: "I am not a sailor, I am a captain, I am a captain." Electric guitar kicks in around the half way point.
Started out be an innocent little jazzy study in quartal harmony, but the DL4 was still in my signal path and things went downhill from there! Another done with my beloved '58 Stratotone
This is a classical finger picked blues / classical guitar solo hybrid with lexicon reverberation and freeze pedal. There is some sloppiness. The idea was to push myself in playing and what I was playing melodically and harmonically.

I'm working on making this old song from Two Old Friends into a better version. Today I got inspired to pick up my daughter's 3/4 size Martin (which makes the runs easier) and recorded this on my Zoom H2.
I resorted to some unmarked old CDRs in the car today on my way to and from my Dad's (I brought him a new laptop) and found one of the earlier collaborations between Norm and myself.
This is dedicated to the families who have (and still…
