A little tune to help me get through the winter ... used my 63 Fender Jazzmaster for the guitar tracks. This guitar has been with me through thick and thin and just gets better with age.
I put up a wren house in the trees and garden where I was living and surprisingly a house wren moved in. Every day he sang his song in a repeating pattern ... a natural loop. I held a mic out the window one morning and taped his beautiful repetitive…

WOW! What a beautiful idea. I saw a wren in our garden a couple of weeks ago, sat on the fence in the snow. Such a tiny little thing. This is gorgeous :)

Yesterday's the past, tomorrow's the future, but today is a gift.
The cat is on the chair
And I watch him as he stares
The sky is changing fast
I see the boats sail past
And the winter's closing in
I can feel the changes from within
Tomorrow…
I started this thinking it would be a tune with the emphasis on my guitar but as it progressed I heard horns and then all these other things happened and this is what I ended up with.
UDON NOODLES' own toxic waste dump Pietro Chimiko captured live during the recording of Tomorrow Never Knows...and this is his acoustic version! you want to hear it when he's 'plugged'!!
Maceo ... love it... great vocalist .. so funky... irony is I posted a tune a week ago called Funked Up ... nothin' like this. Great sax and I dig that
bass! Great stuff
Another one jip1965 sent to me for playing with!
Silent and magical
Calming and practical
Moonbeams, silver moonbeams
Filtering through the air
Twinkling in our hair
Moonbeams, silver moonbeams
Dancing on the leaves of trees
Shaking…
I wrote this thing in 1994. When I played it to some friends back then they went "yeah, but where's the rest of it?"
I've been struggling with that concept ever since. Then, a while ago, a couple of kindly souls removed that worry from me…
This is pretty wacky and progressive ... sounds like this group of tunes was recorded with different equipment than It Takes a Village stuff ... just a different overall sound to the mixes ...completely different than what I have heard. You are quite versatile in your music.
This is an ode for a good friend of mine that had took his own life at the end of last year. I was in the midst of writing some other songs and it stopped me in my tracks. I just wrote basically how I felt about this tragic ending to a very special…
This was the first in this set of 3 songs I am posting. I was gaining alot of inspiration from the likes, of Justin Currie and Jackson Browne at the time.
Recorded using Reaper DAW & Jamstix virtual drummer software.
Good song great vocals!. Like the sound of the acoustic guitar and the electric is pretty tasty ... real nice job on the whole package ... everything well placed in the mix.
Alone for the weekend so here's another.....Reg has really got to stop being a peeping Tom he's going to get caught one of these days.......
I Love her (Lyrics)
she wanders about inside my mind sending me crazy from time to time but i love…
Another with the £16 special.............
My baby, she don't want me (Lyrics)
My baby, she don't want me,
i don't know what to do
i need her,
i believed her
she was hollow and untrue
My baby, she don't want me,
i don't know what to do
i need…
Here we go.
This one started out one morning several weeks ago when the sun was still shining...
If it's as wet and dark as it is here, just close your eyes, I'm sure you can imagine it if you try hard enough...
Lollies, chips, and beer…
this is so cool ... really enjoyed the groove you got going ... great vox and slid age and that organ is the icing on the cake..
Makes me want to get out my blues harp and jam...
This is my attempt at incorporating some classical instrumentation with a song ... I even tried singing a bit of opera ... well one bar of deep "la la's" LOL. Used my Godin acoustic electric for this one.
Thanks for listening
I threw this one together tonite/early am...yawnnnnn. Not an exact replica but always a tribute to Jimi's music. I was originally turned on to do this by some new free vst effects I found on the net. A cool fuzz face vst that is very realistic…
I came back for a 2nd listen ... I think you're a good player. Not really into covers unless they are redone and reshaped into something original. I like your voice and pretty good production quality. I think you could have stepped the lead up a bit ... let it rip at the end ... maybe a bit more volume and drive. Really good though
This track deals with the feeling of instant connection. The idea of knowing someone before knowing them....
As always, done using ONLY Vocals and Beatbox.
Watch us perform it live here!http://youtu.be/BslIzB8F-KE
Thanks for listening…

Classy. Love the chimey tones. The horn section at the end adds a nice vintage sound. Really warm feel overall that fits the theme Winter.
Great tune.
A very subtle Neil Young quality to your voice.
You have a nice clean approach to recording. It's enjoyable to listen to. Good song!
