MAD AND SAD AND SCARED
I just want to get by for a friend
This is not how I would want to end
Mad and sad and scared
In everything I've shared
That is all I leave behind me
This is all I am
Hope I find a way
To kiss you every day
That…
WALKING ON THE MOON
See the Earth on horizon
Watch the Earth as she's arising
I hope the living are gazing
I hope the people are loving
Feel like I'm walking on the moon
I think I will be on there soon
My body's going to set me free…

And y'all thought the Hokey Pokey was what it was all about! This song is 4 dimensional – up/down, left/right, in/out, now/then. BIG THANKS to Greg Connor for fabulous vocals…

a character disorder
I've got a character disorder
you know they say I've got a borderline
personality disorder
and I'm sick of taking orders
like a waiter or or a nun
I want to be the one that gives the orders
I hate the nurses…
Last one for the Cherry Pie festival.
Don't mind me, I'm goofing on my WG alter-ego.
If your unaware of my Gunslinging, Wall of Voodoo, Ennio Morricone,
Good, Bad, and Ugly, Fistful of guitars influences, you may NOT like this spaghetti…
these are the end tones and then it is the end of the record but you can hear the synth being shut down with the electrical pops and such.. I swear no more ends beyond end 2..
Actually kind of interesting -- I was entertained, and isn't that the point? Very Sci-Fi-ish and definitely out of the box and probably a few yards away from the box as well.

You are sooo good at what you do. you sing the especially well, just perfect for the music, which itself is just perfect for the lyrics. Again, it's that Connor magic!
My approach was to leave Greg as the major part of the equation. This is why I didn't make the bass too prominent, why the electric guitar is soft with much space in between, subtle keyboards, and my voice kept in the background. What I added was a bit of seasoning -- this version is still very much the magic of Mr. Connor.
Yup. I'm having a freakin' great time with this wee little tune.
Some classic WG for ya'll. - Raw and loud. :)
I'm working on a spaghetti west version as well.
Watch this space. I might publish it.
Thanks again Greg.
Enjoy Cherry…
Here is my version of Greg's Cherry Pie...I took a little liberty with it and recorded a whole new song.....I think Greg said that would be ok!!
Tried to put the Sweet Ronnie Cream Cheese Mojo on it....good gawd!!!!
An interesting sound experiment. I like B flat -- I B flat broke most of the time. No, really, this was a cool trip -- I like your work with sound. Rock on!

This thing REALLY swings! Excellent
Excellent finger clicker. Agree with Gary Fox - the intro really pulls you in.
Great piece, love the open sound.

Brilliant. Great lyrics, great vocal delivery, proper execution of the piano for the nature of the song -- like magic.
I am really, truly, digging this!

Stumbled upon this one. quite lovely and unexpected. The harp was especially well-executed -- very sweet. Nice!
Some sweet banjo, and that low-noted lead break was very cool, and the lyrics just tickle me.

Out of the box and a few yards away! ;)
Oh wow, gorgeous. I love this arrangement! It really gets under my skin.
"Groovy don’t ya think?" -- Yes, especially the wah-wahing guitar. "Now sing it for me." -- Is that an invite to add lyrics and vocals?
