I got the speakers turned all the way up Gene! We've been through a lot. Remember all the song writing challenges at EZFolk? I never thought I would have so many friends that I will never meet in person. Your last song is something to be proud of. I was taken by the lyrics bouncing between acceptance and denial. Steve mentioned the chord changes. Mark talked about the weight of the message. We were honored that you asked us for a little help.

Greg, Steve, Mark: I am so touched, so moved. This final mix down brought a tear to my eye and a chill to my bone. Y'all handle this song with great care and delicacy and made a marvelous bit of music. I'm right proud of all of you and my friendship with you. You're a guitar god and should be more famous than Slash or Clapton or Vaughn ever were combined. Of the 7.5 billion people on this planet, perhaps less than 500 world-wide can blitz on the guitar like you. I'm glad I can hear you, free, right here on AloneTone, but I fell pity for the rest of the world that may never come to know you because you're somehow being overlooked by the machinery that is today's music publishing industry.

Now ain't that gorgeous! Great job, y'all! Everything works -- vocals, lyrics, percussion, the ambience -- everything. It all comes together wonderfully, and the mix down and mastering job is marvelously tasteful.

Bitter-sweet, gripping, moving, reaching. Again, the right vocalist for the music, and the right music for the lyrics. You're painting masterpieces with sounds -- musical Mona Lisas.

This one struck and grabbed me like a classic Jim Morrison and the Doors number. Delicious! Very tasty, well done, and sweetly trippy! I'm especially digging this one! This one would be a big hit if I was one of the fat, balding cigar chompers who rule the music industry and make these decisions.

Tess's voice really rocks with these sounds -- gorgeous. You're really good at how you blend and pan and volume the various tracks into the final mix down, which is a science and an art. You've got a groovy feel for composing, for mixing, and for finding the right vocalists.

Meg’s voice blends really well with your expert creation. You really are brilliant -- fabulous, classy mix downs, each song of yours I’ve ever listen to. Rock on!

You guys are hilarious. You put so much heart and soul into putting a professional, classy musical track to some crazy silly lyrics. Y'all are so lovable. No wonder Rosie is so torn between you and Steve -- but y'all better watch it. I heard a rumor that some guy name Ron might start making moves on that gal.

Those were some sad tones, but it certainly wasn't a sad mix down!

Am I the only one who thinks this recording needs to be cranked up to between -10 and -15 dbs? I have the tools to boost this and at the same time eliminate any hiss/floor noise that might get boosted as well, if y'all are interested. Just say, "go for it" and tell me where to send the edited file.

Classic mid-late '60s sound, and the mix down is fabulous. I really enjoyed Alex's voice. GROOVY!
