mesmerization is a mellow prog rock song for the first 5 mins. then a little heavier for the last 3 mins. the lyrics are thoughts and observations. this song marks my 100th since rising from the dead as a musician. 44 songs were covers, the rest…
70's oldies! classic one
like the color given to the song
fuzzy rhythm, free flowing vocal, dynamic song section, also can't beat those synth lead. i hv a good time, honestly!
haven't done a song that was laid back in a while, no fuzz, no distortion.
this is sort of a laid back prog song about a woman in, or your dreams that made an impact at the time, though she was never really there.
it runs about 9:16. thanks…
this is a collaboration with my old guitarist chris vaisvil with whom we are celebrating being in our first band 40 yrs ago.
chris does the 12 string guitar and the lead guitar at the end. i am doing the bass, keys, drums and vox. i wrote the…

Vocals are pretty decent actually. I like the guitar, originally Jimmy Page I think. Yea, I like it. I wonder how a Sunshine Superman cover might turn out?
i always wanted to do a version of i am the walrus.
i did not include the radio part in the middle, nor all the
king lear quotes uttered. but i did use most of the strings
they used for effect. this is a kind of prog - psyche - hard rock…

a song about hoping for the best for all of us. the ending riff is about angst and disapointment and i use a flange on the ending lead guitar work. the closing of the song inspired me to make another song called locked door to my soul.
15.
thanks, thats a flange, i have come to see how both cn be similair yet completely different as well, cool effects to have, flange and pahse, among others.

impressive work all around!
man does it ever open with a guitar scream!
You did all of the heavy lifting Frank!
thanks chris, do you mean my bass playing is getting closer to how I played back then? I really want to get those skills back! slowly but surely!
wow this is an incredible composition - yet I feel the you from years ago in this and still, yet again in places you are channeling Hendrix.
Nice work Frank! Really like the vibe and your vocals are really good.
Thanks Brett - I'm just being a session man here - Frank is seriously rocking this out!
ooh yes, this is awesome
Nice, though the mix gets a bit muddy for the effects flying all over. +100 for covering this.

Epic stuff man, really like the drums on the section that starts about 2 minutes in.
Oh yeah... :)
Great cover of a great song, and i should know as i am from Eggland, now if you will excuse me i must go and stick an Umpalumpa up me jumper!
Oh yes, rocking. Love the guitars.
