Love the retro vibe of this - quite "Byrds-y", great vocal harmonies. Thanks for the kind words on Slapshot, by the way :-)

They tore down the theater, now there's nothing to do on those summer days, well anyways...Who cares? We all drink black coffee, and we smoke and we talk about poetry, philosophy and fear...as days fly by another wasted year. I finally left…

Great recreation of early 60's pop sounds, very cool. The only thing that really gives it away is the vocal harmony, not sure why. Maybe it would have been doubled or something, or buried further in the mix.

A wee bit of Hawaiian spice sprinkled upon this one -- tasty. Y'all blend superbly, vocally. Loving that Youngbloods-like guitar effect. Beautiful!

Reminds me of some Syd Barrett-era Pink Floyd -- back when the were The Pink Floyd and released not LPs but rather 45s like See Emily Play. Very groovy, cool, far out sounds. Thanks for reflecting this juicy era of music!

Another number that reminds me of The Outsiders and The Youngbloods and other bands and songs of the Psychedelic '60s and the reign of the hippies over the music industry in that era. Solid GOLD, man!

Only the 2nd time in my 54 years on the planet that I've heard a song sung from the perspective of one who died in a car crash, so while I can't say it hasn't been done before, it's still rather rare. What I can say is that this one is by far the superior of the two. Great job -- lyrically, vocally, and musically!

Lyrics to this tune are purposefully ignorant, although I'd be lying if I told you that there isn't real life emotions in this one.

I’m on AloneTone as Gene Eric Mann (generic man), Justin Otter Guy (just another guy), Merry Bear, and Nightmoth. I really appreciate that you listened to ALL my Nightmoth recordings – those old children songs are particular horrid numbers, recorded before I knew much about what I was doing. Anyway, I’m here to return as much of the time and ear you lent to me as I can and play your 13 gems. I already dig “Breakfast” and “Boyfriend” so I’m sure I’ll get a kick from the rest. Your style turns me on and tickles my fancy. Thanks for the listen and always, always, ROCK ON!
